Showers were amazing - Nice view from room. Overall this is a lovely place to stay , very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to AEON Mall

The spa in swimming pool was not working which was real disappointing as it looks amazing. They need to have more experience making the cocktails - was basically expensive soda water Need a spa room where to go get massage / spa treatments as they only provide in-room massages which are not relaxing compared to a proper massage/ spa treatment room

Great hotel and feels still new. Staff very nice and hospitable. Room was spacious, modern and clean with excellent air conditioning. Big bathroom area and good shower. No bath tub. Restaurant was good for breakfast and other meals especially local dishes. Location is 5 minutes walk from the AEON mall with lots of good shops and eateries and supermarket. Were very kind to allow a later checkout.

Had some minor lighting to fix but it was done. It would be great to get hand towels and face towels as we only got 2 bath towels. Note: Some drivers aren’t familiar with this new area.

The breakfast was nice, the staff were friendly and it was very central to the areas I was wanting to visit.

Place needed to provide more towels, more ease to get certain amenities like weighing scales, had to go all the way downstairs to get my bags weighed.

It was a very nice experience staying here. The room was clean and very pretty. The bed is clean and comfortable (pillow is great!). It's just need more channel on the TV.

The bathroom was quite amazing and beautiful but sometimes i smell something weird. I dont know if it comes from the sink or the floor drain. But it's just a slight smell. Maybe the bathroom need a bathroom freshener or something.

The facilities- great impression with extensive range of welcome drinks by the recption and arcade games as we waited for our rooms. Swimming pool was small but a bonus for our city break. Clean and modern and opposite a shopping centre! Also, free water refill which was great!

Room was quite small. We upgraded our room but didn't see much difference between that and the standard room except for small sofa and a bathrobe but size was the same. Apparently it was free minibar but the minibar was poor.

Very near to AEON Mall BSD City. Walking distance to Indonesia Convention & Exhibition (ICE). There’s free shuttle (from AEON Mall) to another shopping mall i.e The Breeze. I used the gym on the second day. Very well maintain. The hotel also near to few Condominium/Service Apartment…? My room is big enough - 1 queen bad + 1 sofa (which you can turn into bed). The breakfast spread was okay ( comparable for the paid price).

Extremely comfortable, and just a short walk to the mall. The breakfast menu changes daily, so it wasn’t that boring during my 6 nights stay there.

The pool is by the side of the buffet restaurant, making it awkward for me to swim as I have to cut through the restaurant and many people (including from the conference) are looking at me.

Breakfast provided too local style. As foreigner that I can't tell what it is then become less selection on breakfast. Others various selection in breakfast.

The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of options and was delicious! The rooms and common areas were very clean.

The pool was located in general view to the hotel lobby and not great for actual swimming. The gym was small but ok and was also in an idd location.

Breakfast is nice. But the location is not that good for me but there’s a aeon mall for just about 100 meter. You can call the grab if want to go for other’s place, it’s fast accepted. But traffic are quite jam. 🌝

The bed is sound quite annoying. It’s always make a sound like broken when you are trying to change the position when sleeping.🤣
