Location was close to everything we enjoy. Staff was very helpful. Cleaning crew was spot on and friendly. Property was clean and well lit for night time entry.

Toilet in our room 318 wouldn't fill tank on occasion had to open tank lid and push float down by hand which was a little irritating. During breakfast on our stay other guests had pets in Breakfast area which would bark on occasion WHICH WAS VERY DISTURBING and besides I don't think pets should be allowed in eating area PERIOD!! Also later same guests with same pets were in pool area. Same thing.. very disturbing and pet was left off leash during that time in pool area. Asked guest if it was nessasary to have pet in pool area and was told to mind my own business. I have dogs myself and usually don't mind others but this dog and guest were very disturbing and very RUDE .. So we left pool and had fun elsewhere. Need to update and Enforce Pet Policy in my opinion!!

Nice & clean. Quiet which was nice. The staff was super friendly . Convenient to local businesses and restaurants.

The bath tub area scared the hell out of me. It was slippery; the grab bar was installed vertically right near the left wall of the shower… Not where you need it. The showerhead was way above my head. There was no handheld shower. I need to look into the accessible rooms since I was afraid to fall in that shower. for that reason, I sat on the edge of the tub and took a “birdbath” for my stay.

Breakfast was good however 6 am to 9 am is a narrow window. I would have liked breakfast to be served at least until 10 am.

I always prefer the 3rd floor because there is a lot of noise coming through the ceiling to the 2nd floor which is where I was. I think it would be good if older folks like myself could request a room that was further away from families with young children. I've always felt that restrooms should have exhaust fans for better ventilation. That was not available here.

just before I arrived, I found I needed to stay an extra night. The hotel was booked, but Wendy found me a room to move into the next morning and allowed me to move my belongings before my 8:30 am meeting off site. The morning staff were very responsive. The kitchen staff got me extremely hot water to brew my tea, breakfast was very good! I enjoyed my walk on the Fulton Fishing Pier and have great sunset photos.

In general, I don't like feather beds or feather pillows. The first room had pillows where the quills stuck into the pillow case. The second night the pillows were better.

Breakfast was good. Thank you for providing the flour tortillas and the cheese in order to make tacos. The waffles are great. I enjoyed the bagel and cream cheese. Thank you for the coffee flavorings.

I missed having lotion in my room. I did not have any and after showers it is helpful to have lotion. Just a thought. My family in another room was short towels. She has children and they needed more towels.

This is one of the BEST hotel experiences I've ever had! It's quiet here, and the whole place smells amazing. Even the elevators. I loved that the elevators were so quick also. Check-in was so quick and effortless. The shower stays hot forever, and it's like standing in a rain shower. Even the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are impressive. I've never seen full-size bottles of toiletries in a hotel bathroom before. Every single employee I've encountered has been super friendly and helpful. It's such a nice place that my husband and I spent the whole evening in the lobby with some snacks and card games. They even gave us the remote to the big TV in the lobby so he could watch football while we played games. Their ice machines dispense CRUSHED ICE!! It's beautiful, clean and quiet here. The bed was a tad bit soft for me, but that's just personal preference. The room was large with a lot of space. We were here visiting our son for the holidays and he even came and spent the evening with us. I also like that it's smack in the middle of town and within walking distance of multiple stores and restaurants. It has been a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place and will return here in the future!

The pool should be HEATED so I can enjoy it in the winter 😊

The cover sheets were stain with coffee drops, they were not clean or replaced. the pillows had a foul smell. We had to buy our own pillows and cover sheet to lay on top of the comforter and a comforter to cover ourselves with we were disappointed. This is the first time we have ever had this problem, La Quinta has always been the place for us to stay because on how clean and well maintained they keep it. I hope they fix what ever is the problem.

The staff was nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool area was the greatest part for my granbabies.

The only issue we had was not with the property, but with the people staying there. I think they had other family that wasn't staying at this location, but they all showed up and took over the cabanas and pool area.

The rooms were clean and quiet, and the breakfast was very nice, with lots of choices and ample time to eat.

It seems like a weird thing, but I was in a room with 2 queen beds, and the bed closer to the door seemed like it was too close to the wall. It was difficult to get out of bed on that side, and I had to walk sideways. I'm a small person, so it should not have seemed so tight, but it did.
