If you looking for a hotel for a business or leisure; individual, couple, or family; the Harris Hotels and Convention Malang is probably the best option among other hotels. The hotel is very convenient for kids and elder people. The hotel provides standard room amenities and breakfast menus. The room was clean and comfy room, with enough space for our luggage. The staffs were helpful and friendly. The hotel offered decent price including additional breakfast for adults and/or kids. Special breakfast price for kids amazed me where other hotel does not have much for this option.

The cleanliness in the restaurant and public area rest room. Staff shortages can have a serious impact, affecting guests' satisfaction. So, please make sure your hotel staffs taking quick action and do not wait until the guests asking for cleaning the dining area and public area rest room.

Staff always so friendly and helpful. Facilities are good for Malang. Food is consistent, reasonable choice of western food along with the local dishes.

Stayed here over 5 years ago, nothing has changed or been updated. Rooms are a little tired now, corridors could do with a lick of paint, but overall it's OK. Wifi is terrible in the restaurant/bar area, slightly better in the rooms. Should have an ATM for cash withdrawals on site.

The pool is fun since it has slider and separate places between pool for adult / kids and but needs more for maintaining and cleaning. The breakfast also food, we can select the place to be seated indoor or outdoor. I think the variant for foods need to add more.

People can smoke wherever they wanted. Disturbing us who did not smoke and wanted to have fresh air. For the last 3 days, the TV cable did not work. No convenience store.

The staff were exceedingly kind, cheerful, and well-mannered. Though some members of staff spoke little or no English, they were still always polite and made sure to fetch someone more fluent in English to assist us during our stay. Notices from management left in the rooms always included English translations, the rooms were big, bright, and clean, with great views of the pools and the mountains in the distance. The food was amazing, especially the breakfast buffet - I can't recommend it enough!

The rooms were very clean, but I did find a few tiny bugs crawling around the bathroom counter, coming from a hole near the sink.

The location - far away from the noise and the property. The villa we stayed in was very pretty and so comfortable. The design of the villa was superb and the surroundings were peaceful.

1.The daily cleaning could be better. The whirlpool was not properly cleaned between uses and the water feature in front of the villa also could have been cleaned better. 2. On one day the dirty towels were taken away but not refreshed with clean ones. 3. There was a kitchen in our villa and utensils were supposed to be available on request. We asked for 1 pan but never got it.

As always the staff were super friendly and helpful, the food is great, and it's close to the city. We accidentally left something in our room but after calling them they said they'd hold on to it until we can get back there to collect it.

There were little things off about the room compared to other times I have stayed there: the bathroom seemed darker (maybe to do with the light placement), the hairdryer only worked for a minute or two until it cut itself off, the towel rail was wobbling out of the wall

Breakfast menu is variable. Lots of choices. Mrs. Anita is the best. Caring, hard worker and treat customers like family. We feel so welcome by her and her staff. She should get employee of the month recognition.

The villa are very large and comfortable. Two spacious bedrooms on the first floor and very big and nicely decorated living room at the ground floor. Two bathrooms. The villas have 24 hour surveillance. Good breakfast with Indonesian and European options.

the pool is super clean. the room is clean, the facilities are very satisfying. The environment is green, very convenient to have some exercise. I also enjoyed the fitness center! Overall, I really like this hotel!

I think everything is great, despite the location is quite far from the main road. But actually that is what I am looking for as I am looking for a quiet place to have some rest.

We stayed in a Bliq villa which was roomy and comfortable with impeccable housekeeping standards - a great place for families to hang out and be together. At the main hotel, the kids really enjoyed both outdoor pools and the water slide. Poolside dining both for daily lunches and Saturday evening bbq with live music performance were very good and reasonably priced.

Due to the heavy volume of MICE business, the two front office staff are totally overwhelmed and the check-in/ check-out experience for independent travellers is therefore chaotic. In our bedrooms, the bedsheets and bath towels were threadbare and well past their use-by dates, although the beds themselves remain very comfortable. In conclusion, despite the excellent business the hotel seems to be doing, there is too much emphasis on cost-saving.
