The front desk attendant. The online booking confirmed that I could check in at 11am and when I got there they said no, that it was at 3pm and the online booking shouldn’t do that and they couldn’t check me in. But she did everything in her power to get a room ready ASAP She was amazing!!!!

The whole online confusion. Online it said you can make special requests and I requested to check in at 11am. It’s said that they spoke to hotel and the hotel approved it. When I got to the hotel, they said they don’t do early check in and that feature should be removed. But again, the front desk gal was amazing. I was irritated and I did my best not to be mad at her because it wasn’t her fault. So if she sees this, THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP

The bed was very comfortable and the sheets and pillows of a great quality. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly from check-in through every interaction. The hot tub was hot! It was a very relaxing weekend.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. The only protein available were hard boiled eggs and they tasted strange. I had brought my own items as I am gluten and sugar free but I was disappointed in the options available to me. The bathroom was tiny and the door couldn't even open all the way because it hit the tub. Also, I was unaware there was no elevator. For future stays I would request a ground floor room.

When we first arrived we got the key to our room and discovered that the room was open! This was surprising! Went inside and discovered that the cleaning wasn't complete. I went to the desk and explained the issue and an employee (I think she was off work?) was at the desk and jumped right in to check it out (I wish I had gotten her name!) and finished the job so sweetly. I'm sure this was a one time problem and it was handled kindly and professionally

The man who worked at the front desk (his shift ended at 11 p.m.) was wonderful. He went about and beyond to make us feel welcome and helped us with everything we needed. He was the best employee there.

Our microwave in room 202 didn't have a class tray in it. Our king bed was made with queen sheets, and when I asked the cleaning crew to come and make our bed with proper sheets, she never did. I also asked her for new garbage bags and never received them. And she said I could borrow her broom if I wanted the floor swept. The made service was very bad and not helpful. (On Saturday morning). I had to go ask for clean king sheets and put them on myself. This was not good service al all.

The room was comfortable. We had never seen a room with 3 queen beds! The kids really enjoyed that. It was a bit of an odd shape, long and thin, but all 3 beds would see the TV comfortably. Not a lot of counter space inside the bathroom, but some extra space with hangers and hair dryer just outside the bathroom. Breakfast was right in the front lobby so our seats on the other side of the door meant each time we went back to get something the door to outside opened.

There was not a lot of bathroom counter space. The hair dryer and extra hangers were placed just outside the bathroom The breakfast in the lobby was a bit different, a lot of things going on in one place.

Ramona and Mr G are the best!!!All staff are friendly and do go above and beyond to make this kinda-sorta-high maintenance guest forever grateful. I will choose to stay there again and again because of their staff and clean comfortable accommodations.

The pillows. Old and lumpy. Like my gut. So, they should be replaced every so often with new, firm options. Like my gut.

breakfast was good, seating could be better for families with small children. rooms were clean and comfortable. pool and hot tub felt great after a day of travel.

I miss carpet in rooms as it helps cut down on the noise from rooms above.

The breakfast was a disappointment because it was referred to as a buffet and it cost $7.00 a person. It was a continental breakfast that is provided by other hotels at no cost. But I did like the staff. The man at the front desk was kind, helpful and funny. Our room was also nice and clean! The local restaurants were nearby and plentiful and clean.

The location seemed a little sketchy and there were a lot of young people that looked homeless. That made me nervous.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The amenities included in the price were great. The room was a decent size and the room was clean and presentable for the most part. Beds had no bugs or traces of bugs in the room.

The floors had animal fur and the tv channels were limited and bad image quality on tv. The hotel smelled like cigarette smoke or bleach. Coffee in the room was nasty.

Front desk was absolutely phenomenal, Mr. G was exceptionally helpful even through the overwhelming weekend traffic. Rooms were 9.5/10 clean. All staff on board that we came across, 11/10 stellar.

Bath towels were dirty on arrival, but even with the hectic backflow of laundry, Mr. G still pulled through and delivered us girls a hefty stack of fresh clean ones. Overall just a small hiccup compared to the rest of our stay.
