Room was nice and quiet. Pretty basic but it was just what I needed. Very friendly staff. Comfy bed.

Breakfast was super basic. I ended up having cold cereal. Their only hot option was a toaster for bread or a bagel. Also there was something in the room that kept making a very loud boom sound every 5 minutes--fridge maybe?? And the fridge froze all the food I put in it. Luckily I was too tired for the noise to keep me awake.

The hotel building appears to be older but has recently been remodeled. I was surprised by how fresh and clean the rooms are. The price was a lot less than other hotels in the area.

The breakfast could have been better. There were bagels, cereal, bananas, and some packaged muffins that weren't very good. The yogurt machine was interesting and pretty good. A better selection of pastries would have been nice.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We found the location very easy to access. It is close to a few stores and restaurants. While we were in our rooms, it was quiet. The staff accommodated us when we preferred not a first floor room.

We needed one room that allowed pets and it smelled quite strongly of pet odor. Not sure if the cleaning procedures or products could have been better to mitigate that. That would have been the one thing that could be better for us

Very clean property. Currently undergoing a renovation so that is where my facilities rating came into play. Be aware that the property is no longer Blue Breeze but a Hilton Spark. Nice place to stay when on the road.

Nothing. I was there overnight passing through. Other than being in Rock Springs and under renovation, there was nothing I didn't like. The continental breakfast could include some protein if possible.

Super pet friendly, and for a reasonable fee. The welcome and staff were great, and the rooms were well appointed and clean. Convenient for our travels. Would definitely stay at a Spark again!

Some spaces needed some touch-ups, and the fitness center equipment wasn't working properly. A hot tub would be a nice addition as well.

Breakfast was great. There was hot breakfast and some gluten free options. I liked the room and bathroom. The bed was pretty good. I would say the support was medium where I prefer a soft bed. I could walk in the morning though so that’s exciting. The floors weren’t carpeted in the room. The ac unit seemed to work well.

It’s tough to enter the parking lot from the east. The parking was a little tight. The lamp by the bed didn’t have a way to plug in my phone. The exercise machines need fixed or replaced. It was a little more than I wanted to pay.

Great place to stay in a wide gap of nothingness. The exterior of the building is run down but the interior was clean and comfortable, offering a great place to crash for a night. My biggest complaint is it’s expensive. I think a reasonable price for this hotel is $110-120.

Everything from check in to check out everyone was absolutely professional, caring and attentive. We really appreciate this location and will stop by here each time. We travel down the 80 thank you for a great experience.

There was nothing I can say about it being negative

I was not expecting much from a 2 star hotel but this one was honestly better than some of the 4 star ones I stayed at. I booked it last minute after they closed all roads due to a snowstorm. This hotel has hardwood floors (so much better than a carpet)! The bathroom was very clean and it might have been remodeled or maybe it was just so clean it appeared new, especially the bathtub. The staff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good too no fruit or vegetables but I was not expecting that anyway and was happy with the pancakes I made. Overall I was very impressed and wanted to write a review because ithe hotel exceeded my expectations.

Room was cold when I arrived. I had to turn the heat on. Color has been changed on the outside of the building and there is a new sign out front. This made it very difficult to find. Lots of building going on & construction noise in the unit above me went late.
