The expansive feel of a real hotel. The breakfast was understaffed but good.

The furniture was dirty and outdated. If cleaned well the furniture would have been fine. The air conditioner was too high on the wall near the ceiling for me to see the settings. The tv didn’t work. At one point in the night the fire alarm went off in my room, i tried to call the front desk but the phone didnt work. After a minute the alarm went off. There was no one in the halls so i went back to sleep.

The location of the breakfast room was hard to find. I was not told at check-in that there was breakfast or where it was located. I had to ask that morning after verifying on-line that breakfast was included. the Breakfast was nice with a good selection and I loved that it was in the dining room with lots of seating.

I was orginally given a room that had not been cleaned completely. Beds were made but had been laid on, trash in both trash bins, dirty towels on floor in bathroom. I went back to the desk and they were able to book me into a different room right away. They expressed surprise but did not really apologize.

In a good area, beautiful building & architecture. The bed was super comfortable.

Zero appeal from window, great ugly rooftop view. ( is this because we used Booking.com?) Pool was not open Front desk staff at check-in was decent, but curt. The floors in all of the common areas were filthy. Spill spots, tiny paper debris, dirt all along the edges. Even the uncarpeted areas were dirty. Looked as if they hadn’t been mopped or vacuumed in weeks. Really took away from the beauty of the building.

We were in ND for a wedding. I have no complaints about the staff. All the staff were friendly and very helpful during our stay. The rooms were very clean and there was no issue with the noise level We enjoyed using the hot tub that was provided, it was a relaxing way to end the evening The dining room was efficient and the breakfast was simple but good. I would give the overall stay a 10

Everything was great, except the breakfast.

The breakfast area was very dimly lit and seemed poorly thought out. The cups of juice were frozen and just not appealing. The eggs were a strange consistency, the sausage didn’t seem thoroughly cooked. We went an hour before it ended and there was one oatmeal packet left. Not many options. Seemed for the price of the hotel, they could step-up the breakfast.

We loved the easy check-in process. The hotel receptionist was very courteous and inviting. We had trouble with the key card and actual door device, and she immediately had that sorted. We enjoyed the retro lodge resort style. Many places to gather and a bar and restaurant on site. Everything was 5 min travel from this location, but then again, it is Dickinson, ND. Overall, we were satisfied with the location, amenities, and service.

I didn't care for the fact the jacuzzi wasn't very clean and when I asked for it to be cleaned so we could use it, they told me that it wouldn't be today (sunday) and they were sorry for the inconvenience. Considering it was Sunday, I wasn't entirely disappointed. I understand some employees do not have the responsibility of maintaining facilities. The continental breakfast wasn't the best. It's very basic, but considering it's free, again, I'm not entirely disappointed.

Older property, but very nice and clean. The front desk staff was wonderful, helpful, and understanding. However, the morning of our departure, we received a knock on the door by the housekeeping person wearing a turban. Check out time is 11:00 AM, and we had our do not disturb sign out.  He, alone, was trying to clean six other rooms, and left the doors open to the hall. I reported to the desk, and they said they are “working on it.”Also, breakfast was marginal.

this motel is like a maze. my room was in the 200s and I got turned around and the room numbers went to over 2,000. so you really need to pay attention or you'll be walking in circles the architect? I don't know what he had in mind but it's nice. don't get me wrong there. just confusing!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Great location close to stores and restaurants. The hot tub was great.

The indoor pool was too cold to use. There weren’t enough outlets in the room to plug in our devices.

Everything was clean and nice. The front desk people were polite and helpful. They have a nice pool. In general it was a really nice place for the cost.

The only complaint I have was that a large man with open sores on his foot got into the hot tub. Other than that, everything was nice.
