Older property like many in town. Location is as good as any and trailer parking is easy. The rooms dated and old but fairly clean. Bed was comfortable. Easy walk to food. Quiet.

Given the age expect old worn carpet and somewhat funky fixtures in a tiny bathroom. The mold here and there appears a ventilation problem as there are no ceiling fans. The owners are trying to update things.... over the three years I've been here they have replaced windows, put in all new AC units and more I'm sure. I can look past a few things for a night to support them 👍

Owner is very attentive, they are personally involved. Good stay. I stayed another week.

Very open, clean rooms, good price, good location, ice machine, smoking area. I don’t smoke but appreciate that there is a smoking area and is well used. Well lit area, comfortable for smokers. Non smoking in room.

This my second stay and I always prefer to stay here. Everything clean nice front desk very helpful.

Clean room and comfy beds

The room had a very strong mothball smell. You get used to it after a while but when you initially walk into the room it hits you hard in the face and was not the greatest.

The staff were very friendly even when I thought I had an issue. They were on it within minutes! Both were friendly and accommodating! The room was dark for sleeping which I love. I would stay here again.

Grandkids would have loved a pool, but there really is no location to put one so really not that important.

Clean and perfectly adequate.

Furnishings are a bit worn. Replacing the lamp shades with ripped liners that cast a shadow like deformed jack-o-lanterns when lit would go a long way to sprucing up the room's appearance. Also, the instructions on the wall for the TV didn't work at all -- it took me about 15 minutes of pressing buttons to get the cable box synced with the TV, and even then if I pressed the wrong button, it would go out of sync and I'd have to start all over. More detailed instructions would have been helpful.

The customer service was amazing. We got in after 11 PM and she checked us in with a smile. She also helped me print off some documents I left at home. The bed was comfortable and the location was great. The room and bathroom was clean. A good value for the low price.

The tub looked like it needed a refinish but it wasn't gross.

Room was surprisingly large. Had everything one would need, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a work desk and a table for dining. Very fair price.

No real complaints but the coffee packets provided are the weakest ever.

This was my 2nd stay here as I came prior to visit with dropping my daughter off to work in Moab. Visiting again was pleasant as it was the first time.

I really don't have any complaints it's a simple comfortable set up here. I will be here again, and the owners are nice

The room was great. Anything with a bed and working bathroom is great. We enjoyed ourselves in this room. We were there for one night but we have stayed there a few other times, mainly for events is why we stay in this motel.
