It was a nice stay. The check in desk was in a converted room, so it was odd and slightly more of a challenge to find than we anticipated, but there were signs, so it wasn't a major difficulty. Check in was very easy and quick. The rooms were nice and clean. Tile floors were a nice change, since those are easier to clean than carpet.

They were doing remodeling, so there was evidence of it. It didn't really impede our stay or make it uncomfortable, so it's not a huge deal. Also, remodeling is temporary, so this part of the review is time-limited.

We had an executive queen room, and it was quite nice . Big,clean, roomy ,comfortable, everything we needed, it was great! Breakfast was good, sausage eeg cheese biscuit ,waffle ,bagel ,cereal so on, pool is nice . I WOULD STAY AGAIN!

A little out of the way !

It was at a good location, and was very clean.

I called the front desk around 5pm one day, and did not recieve an answer. Also, on our last night’s stay, there were a group of young adults/teenagers on our floor, and well past 11pm, they were very noisy with opening and closing of doors, and could hear voices outside of our room. It did not make for a very good night’s sleep. Sucks because we were leaving early the next morning.

As soon as you walk in, it smells very clean in lobby. Staff is very friendly. Rooms were clean. Pool area was nice. Heated pool and a very cool play area for kiddos. Our AC fan stopped working suddenly in the middle of the night but someone from maintenance came by to look at it within 5-10 minutes of call and he got a us a new room promptly. Even though the breakfast was not included in reservation, it is worth it! Variety of food and tasted great. You will get your money's worth.

We arrived early and James at the front desk was very accommodating..nice young man!! Also other staff were very polite and professional..made you welcome. Our room was on 3rd floor towards the back so was very quiet. The surrounding of hotel and rooms was very clean ..no cobwebs or bugs in corridors or stairs!! Thank you!

Renovations are going on for lobby and breakfast area, therfore they are using couple of rooms in the interim. Nowhere to sit to have breakfast...had to take to our room which was awkward.

Location

Some things in certain rooms need some adjustments, the restrooms in the rooms are not equipped for elderly or handicap people 🤔, and the bathrooms are not wheelchair accessible. Need hand bars inside in the showers and toilet side. Only one ice maker on the second floor, but at least at the front desk, they can provide some ice when needed. Breakfast is not ideally what you would expect for a continental breakfast.

We liked the room. We would use again if the beds were compatible with a hoist - please see below.

Shame about the beds. Our son uses a hoist to get into bed, the beds are on a platform/ boxed in area under them meaning the hoist legs can't go under the bed. We had to lift him into bed. The beds need to be on casters or legs to allow the use of a hoist. The room was sold as accessible, it had a reasonable amount of space and a roll in shower.

The best points about this hotel was the really competitive price - can pay a lot more, especially nearer to the Orlando Parks. And the location was good - took just under 30 minutes to drive to Universal Studios for example. Also - the room was spacious and the A/C kept us lovely and cool in the Florida heat.

The whole site felt a little run down - then there was major construction work taking place whilst we stayed and for this reason much of the site was temporarily closed down. And our room felt a little dated to be honest. Also - there does not appear to be a breakfast option.

I liked how friendly and welcoming and helpful the staff was. I liked how convenient everything was around it. Overall I would recommend this hotel to others for an affordable hotel for a getaway that is close to shopping centers, Disney World, universal studios etc.

I my self as well as my family with me was not to impressed with the breakfast selection that came with the room rental. I do think that they could have offered a little more variety of things. Such as French toast, bagels, pancakes and things like that that is also microwaveable since that's basically what the hot breakfast consisted of was microwavable burritos and waffles and sausage egg cheese sandwich. Maybe even offer some seedless grapes as part of the fruit selection besides just bananas and apples.

We were very late checking in but staff was very friendly and helpfull. Room was okay, glad there was an elevator. Enough parking space. We loved the pool.

As my daughter is a travel agent we always do some try outs for future stays of their future buyers and we were a bit disapointed about the breakfast not included. We booked it anyway but could not eat a thing from it. As for Europeans we would like to have some regular bread (or bread to toast) with jam or cheese, regular fruit (a banana maybe?), pancakes or waffles to freshly make as in other motels/hotels in the area. We do not like all those things in plastic to warm up, not knowing what is in it?
