We had a pleasant experience, friendly staff, good location

a bit expensive because we only got to stay only one night and unfortunately we paid for two by mistake, the property couldn't cancel for free. There were stains on the walls, and in general for 5 stars resorts it was not that clean.

Fantastic hotel. We stayed in the dome and had a great experience. Clean, safe, private, excellent staff, great room service with excellent value for food. Super comfortable memory form mattress. Strong air conditioning. Honestly we could not fault it, amazing place. Highly recommend you get the “Grab” app, it’s like Uber. Perfect for travelling around and worked perfectly in every city.

The room and layout was great and looked exactly like the pictures. The breakfast and staff was amazing!

The regular room was extremely hot. I attempted to leave the AC on but every time you take the key, it cuts the power.

I love how clean and beautiful the property was. Everyone was so nice, accommodating, and just overall amazing customer service. I stayed in the Dome and it was amazing with our own pool, nice views, and daily room service. They accommodated everything as requested and I came to celebrate my birthday and they went above and beyond here. They set up my birthday flowers, pool flowers, floating breakfast, champagne, and cake. It was lovely. Everyone was so nice and helpful from start to finish. The hotel was soooo close to everything. My man rented a scooter and it was just so convenient to get everywhere but honestly the hotel is on this strip where it’s just everything on the strip walkable really. The twins that work at the bar by the pool were so amazing and just a breath of fresh air. We came there every evening and sat chilled and talked to them. They were so nice and cool. I wish we could’ve said bye to them but our flight was at 6am they deserve a bonus or a raise for sure.

I didn’t like that they had a spa but due to COVID it’s been closed maybe permanently.

Far from the beaches, dome number 1 is next to a small garden and it’s pretty much see through.

Just wow! There are 3 domes in total and we stayed at the last one, dome 3. The most private and peaceful done! The dome is great with pool and top terrace! Breakfast is good, you will survive the day!

Bathroom was with odor like a baby vomit, but after couples of nights they were gone :D

This hotel is amazing. I stayed at the dome glamping, with private pool, and it’s just like the photos. Honestly, the whole space is bigger than I thought. Dome is great, comfortable and spacious, with all amenities you need. Private pool is great addition too. Breakfast was good enough, and staff helpful. WiFi is not the best at least in the dome area, but it works even if it’s slow sometimes. I would definitely come back for another stay!

Location is the only downside for me; even though it has restaurants and shops around in Rawai, it’s far from being one of the best places in Phuket to stay. You will need at least 20/30 min to reach most of the main places in the island, or more if there’s traffic.

We absolutely loved this property. We were are party of 5 and we are willing to go back to this property on our next trip. The hotel staff was amazing, the breakfast buffet, the cleanliness of the property; honestly everything about this property was fantastic. I must mention that the highlight of our stay were the 2 bar tender's the twins YAI and LEK! They were so personable, so welcoming such a great vibe. They treated us as if they met us 5 yrs ago. They provided us service, great cocktails, had an amazing sense of humour. Let’s not forget the Birthday fruit cake they made my husband. They deserve employee of the year award. See you in Rawai next year:)

The restaurant should open at least an hour later in the evenings.

The experience was great and the staff were nice, and hardworking. We especially enjoyed Yai and Lek at the bar, who made our time more exceptionally enjoyable. They would be one of the main reason why myself and my friends would return as we ate most of our dinners there as they made it feel like home. Yai and Lek even entertained us when there was rainy days, all around great service from them.

One experience that left a bad taste in my mouth was when my friend was transitioning rooms to and upgraded room they interrupted her from getting breakfast. The staff was under the impression she and her husband were not entitled to it which they were. Only reason this was upsetting, was because we had a tour booked and had limited time to even eat. Also with most hotels even the day of departure breakfast is still included so this wasn't even necessary. Also food or room service not being available after 9pm was challenging.

the deluxe double and twin room was big and spacious. good for either a couple or friends. the room I had faced the forest behind the hotel. so at nice there was a lot of croaking from frogs and sounds of insects. not sure if this is good or bad. the bathroom was clean and conversely to other feedback I've read I think the bathroom standard was up to date. the shared swimming pool is a decent size. not the biggest and not the smallest. and the restaurant is right beside it in case you want drinks. the hotel is also next to a great Muay Thai gym and a good normal gym.

I ended up not using the restaurant of the hotel as the design looked a bit cheap and commercial.
