What a great location right on the coast. The reception staff and parking guy were so lovely and friendly. Rooms have private outdoor jacuzzi. Two pools very relaxing and great.

We had wine tasting with our meal and a few glasses only filled to a small amount was fine but was surprised this was over euro 200 on the bill. However, know for next time

It was absolutely amazing experience. Views for the sea, tasty food, very nice people working. Good massage! Took trips to the fruit shop nearby and the other beaches (there is at the hotel too, but not a sand one). Had a very relaxing stay and would definitely come back.

The hotel is beautifully situated on a beautiful stretch of the Mediterranean. The grounds were well tended to. The restaurant was beautifully appointed.

The toilet room was a bit too small and dark.

Such a lovely hotel set in beautiful grounds with a lovely view of the sea. We had a ground floor room by one of the pools which was perfect. We could walk out of our rroom straight to the pool and it was so peaceful and quiet, it was almost like having our own private pool. The quality of the room was great and it was kept very clean. The hotel has a very relaxed atmosphere and is very near some lovely beach restaurants which we could walk to and we had some lovely evenings there.

I didn't think the check-in was very good. They took my passport and credit card and forgot to return them. The design of the room is very odd, with very little cupboard space. Food at the hotel was so expensive we only ate there once. There is no beach at the hotel which is a real shame and some of the local beaches were quite dirty and quite smelly. Not the hotels fault but useful to know. Frejus was very nice but didn't really like Saint Raphael

Stunning setting and views of the Mediterranean Sea. Our room was nicely appointed with a separate living area and private terrace with a jacuzzi. The staff was exceptional! Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay.

The location was about a 10 minute drive to downtown and we did not have a car. Fortunately the hotel offered a service to drive us downtown but it was not always available and there are very few Uber drivers and cabs off season. One night we had dinner in town then listened to live music until about midnight and could not reach the hotel to ask for a pick up and there were virtually no taxis or Ubers available. We were fortunate that a patron heard our dilemma and offered to drive us to the hotel.

Gorgeous property and really warm and kind staff. One of the best hotels I have stayed in for a long time. Decor in the rooms leaves a bit to be desired but everything else is so perfect that I didn’t mind.

They had opened the more casual restaurant on our second day, which was great, but definitely wish it was open during the entirety of our stay and wish there more attentiveness of staff while we were laying on the sand (offering water, etc).

For 5 stars, some touches should be done in the room to not give « bad feeling » for sensitive guests such as noisy fan in the bathroom, wall paints…but this is because this is 5 stars that all should be perfect even more when paying 650€/night

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. The pools were very clean and there were plenty of lounges. The bed was very comfortable. The valet in charge of car parking was very helpful

They were a few issues with the room, but these were resolved eventually to our satisfaction. The hotel is on the seafront, but this is rocky with no beach. The sea can be accessed via a jetty.
