Booked at the last minute. On arrival was given a choice of first or ground floor room. Friendly pleasant welcoming staff. Room clean & warm with plenty of hot water. Microwave available for use to heat or cook food. Situated in a shopping area but quiet. Parking at front of the hotel. Ideal overnight stop a short distance from A71 motorway. Would use again.

not a criticism but no check in before 1700hrs. as no staff present until then.

Lady on reception was super friendly, very helpful, and kind to our dogs. Room was tidy, warm, and comfortable.We were given a glass of wine and some cake on arrival.

Was hard to find as there had been an electricty outage and the front of the building was in total darkness.

The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a good location.

The outside looks a little dated, but don't be put off, there is a refurbishment about to start.

Nice quiet area, lots of shops around, hotel nice but kinda old, still very good value for money tho☺️👍🏻

Zink only gave hot water of even hotter, pillows needs changing, they were yellow, didn’t sleep on them😌

Easy to park, reception staff are lovely, rooms clean and tidy and beds comfortable. Plenty of choice for breakfast.

Would love a kettle in the bedroom. Limited table space in the bedroom.

My room was clean and comfortable, cool upon arrival on a very hot day. An easy walk to a shopping centre and beyond to places of interest & close to the river. Great value breakfast.

The location isn’t pretty but it’s not far to walk to the town centre.

That's an usefull hotel. Very near to the Cimexpo. Dogs welcome. Rooms very clean , Excellent bed. Near to the Center too. We was satisfied.

Located near a retail park so good for fast food and supermarket. Clean, functional and well presented. Helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Cramped room.

The lady on reception was so nice and friendly, she spoke very good English, she helped with the air conditioning in our room, she also prepared all the breakfast. This hotel is lucky to have her, unfortunately I didn’t get her name .

Nice clean hotel good value and close to town and supermarket near if needed..

Maybe two pillows each not one made the sleeping flat !
