The room was spacious, bed was comfortable, nice little balcony overlooking the casino, hotel nice and quiet. We arrived early ( we already had a different hotel booked for the weekend but it was so terrible we booked this one for our 2nd night) lady on reception was really lovely, let us have our room, she was really welcoming. 😊 we could park right outside too. I'd definitely recommend it and would stay there again if we were in the area.

One tiny little thing....the shower door was a corner opening one....quite tight getting in and out! I'm not the slimmest girl, but my husband is nice and slim and he struggled too..... It didn't spoil the stay though

It is a nice hotel in the centre of the small town. The breakfast is good, the room is small but quiet and clean. We reserved also for dinner ( demi pension) , but the place seemed to be full. The kind receptionist immediately said that she would come with a solution. So we had dinner in the Brasserie (the neighbour )for the same price. You can safely park the car in front of the hotel, with a bluecard.

The checkout procedure was strange. There was nobody there. And finally I had to go and search for the guy, who was very very bizzy, running around....He let me wait for 10 minutes. After asking him twice if I could check out, he eventually let me pay the €1,90 ( !) which I owed for the citytax, while he was also speaking on the phone. No excuse, no contact at all, which is not a kind way of communication with your guests.

We had a lovely night, very comfy rooms, all redone and modern inside. More than double-glazing we had two windows, the modern one added inside the room while the old balcony with old window had been preserved on the outside, to keep the traditional facade opposite the nice-looking casino. We were happy to have the restaurant on site as all the other restaurants were full!

Just a bit disappointed the casino's "son et lumière" in the park opposite was not on that night, because of storm warning. But not the hotel's fault!

The staff is amicable and helpful. They answered all our requests. The room is clean and well-isolated. The breakfast (7 am to 10 am) offered various choices, between salted and sweet. The reception has a comfy sofa. The hotel is located near the theater and the casino restaurant, not far from the tourism office, the thermes and the spa.

No fridge in the room, but you can ask to keep your food in the hotel kitchen (which contains a fridge and microwave).

Friendly welcome from staff. Beds are firm but really comfy: had a great sleep. Good value for a stopover right in the centre of a charming (if a bit jaded) spa town. Good shower over bath. Decent buffet breakfast with plenty of space, so nice and relaxing.

Furnishings could do with a refresh in places, but on the whole it's clean and tidy.

It was good for the price. Clean and comfortable.

It was difficult to find because there was no clearly visible name displayed. For us, phoning to ask for directions was hopeless due to language difficulties.

Nice hotel in the city center. Looks like it was recently renovated - everything was new in the room and public spaces. Very comfortable bed and dinner in the hotel restaurant was quite good and fairly priced. There is street parking just in front of the hotel and it is free out of peak season which started in April and there were enough free spaces when we arrived (December). We stayed just one night during a long journey and it was very comfortable stay.

Our room was on the 2nd floor with a small balcony, looking out towards the park and the Casino. The hotel is located on a quiet road near the Casino/Spa. There's free parking on the other side of the park, which is only a short distance away. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. We ate dinner in the hotel restaurant and had a delicious meal. Breakfast was good too.

It was correct. I booked a doble room and I got an apartment with two rooms.

Be careful because the big name outside the hotel is not Noemy’s and if you arrive at night you might spend a bit of time searching the place.
