The location is unbeatable! Just steps away from a wonderful beach park (not overcrowded) and a short walk to many shops and restaurants. The property is clean and the area is well lit at night (including private parking area). Beach chairs and umbrellas were available to borrow at no extra cost from the office downstairs.

Bathroom was a little tight (smaller than expected) and could use a bit of an update. We were able to find available parking spaces when needed, but the lot was pretty full each day and some spots were a little tight to turn around in, given how the lot is configured.

The location is excellent. The hot tub is great, the rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the air conditioning works well. The furniture is in good condition, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The washing machine is a bit loud but works fine.

The WiFi did not work, and telephone reception in that area was poor, so mobile internet was unreliable. There was no kettle in the kitchen. The room was not ready on time. We left our bags inside and went to the beach. Before leaving, I placed a large chocolate bar that I brought from Europe in the fridge, which had already been cleaned. When we returned an hour later (at 6:30 PM), the chocolate was missing, and the room was still not ready. The housekeeper simply said, 'Ohhh' and made no attempt to retrieve it. I hope they ate it—because if they threw it away, they wasted $30. There was no response from the administration regarding this incident or the WiFi issue.

Great location, across the street from the beach! Could walk there and not have to pay for parking. The pool and hot tub along with many loungers and umbrellas were great. There is a great area off of the pool area with comfortable chairs and table to play cards, etc along with a water dispenser and Kurig. We were loaned beach chairs and an umbrella to use at the beach, which was great. Val was very accommodating and answered all our questions and needs promptly. The guest parking was right outside our door, very convenient. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was great.

The lack of kitchen items. There was no cookie sheets or anything like that to maybe bake a frozen pizza. Kitchen cupboards are very sparse. We did not have any wash cloths for the bathrooms and after asking a couple of times, we were able to get some. The shower curtain does not reach the bottom of the shower so there is always water on the floor after showering. There were only five hangers, but a very big closet.

The location was extraordinary -- steps away from the beach on A1A and minutes from downtown Boca Raton or the Beightline by bike or car. The apartment was furnished nicely and included a pullout couch, fridge and range. The bed were very comfortable with a ton of pillows. Check in was easy and it was nice to have parking right next to the beach!

The apartment could use some touching up, but nothing major. The bedroom window (despite the blackout blind was still SO bright -- it probably needs curtains too). It would be nice to have some Keurig pods if you're going to have a Keurig maker and a water filter or bottled water for that first morning. Also -- not many towels and the toilet paper was low grade; we bought new stuff while we were there.

I visit Boca frequently and I would always pass by this place. and I decided last minute to book it since the hotel I was staying at couldn't accommodate me for the full 2 weeks. And I'm so glad I stayed here. it's clean, comfortable perfect location cuz I am right across from the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. I will come here again and for the price it was phenomenal. I was a little nervous at first because of the key code. I've never used a place where they had a key code to get in. But that was quickly forgotten about because the moment I walked in it was very, very clean and comforting and no issues at all whatsoever.

Like I said I was a little nervous about using a key code. but that's just me cuz I automatically think that something sketch is going on. but this was not the case here. The only other thing I didn't care for was that if I were to have a question and actually I did about the keypad but I figured it out on my own. But if I were to have a question there wasn't anybody on site available. you had to call a number to get a hold of somebody and most of the time a recording would come on. I need to have to leave a message.

Wonderful secret getaway. It's in a secluded area yet close to everything. Beach? Park with lifeguards is right across the street. Neighborhood of 1.5-7 million dollar homes and you're in here for less than $100 some nights. The decor is the quality one would expect when visiting Boca. If you need something and message the staff, BAM it's there. Full kitchen which has a magic dishwasher. Look at the sink, then the dishwasher, then the sink and say...How do they do that? Nice tv's with practically every streaming service you can think of. Impeccably clean unit with fine expensive bedding. Best kept secret on the island. It's a 1 bedroom apartment without that ridiculous cleaning fee often accompanying anything bigger than a hotel room. Don't forget the washer dryer in the unit!!! Bike trail right out front. Pedestrian crossing right out front.

I guess you can always find something if you want to. OK, I couldn't get the jets to work in the hot tub when I cranked the timer up. The paint below the chair rail line was a little dirty in the entry way and kitchen. You won't be walking across the street for a quick snack, if you don't drive, you'll be using Uber for everything.

The location is fabulous. You can walk to the beach and downtown Boca. This is not a hotel. There is not maid service but there are fresh towels and supplies. Having a washer dryer was useful. It is very quiet and low key. The accommodations are very nice. It is not fancy or elaborate but it is very comfortable and easy. The kitchen works well for our needs and is updated. This is our second time at this property and we would stay again.

Great location! Across the street from beach, walking distance to downtown Boca Raton with fabulous restaurants and shopping. Very clean. Free parking Shower is powerful and hot. Bed is comfortable and not "scary". Loved all that, we would come back

Amenities list stated "coffee pot", for those of us who love coffee, a broken kurig is not a coffee pot. Some coffee pods to get us started would have been nice. (Starbucks is 1.5 miles away) Wine glasses would be nice. The sofa was so squishy that it was difficult to sit on. These things would raise it up. But it was cute and nice enough

Easy in and out. Great location. Nice little setup of living room, bedroom and kitchen. It's literally across the street from a beautiful beach. Very quiet - no outside noise.

It's a bit frayed at the edges: chipped paint, worn furniture, etc. The amenities are minimal. And if a property advertises a full kitchen - which they indeed have - they should keep it stocked with a few plates, bowls and other basics. That was VERY disappointing.

I liked the location and the ease of entry/exit (including the parking). And I liked how clean it was. I also liked that there wasn't stand to bother us.

The room was a bit musty when we got there and the musty smell stayed. But that was probably a function of being next to the beach. If there was something they could do (maybe provide candles), that would be good.
