Friendly staff

Not a beach front or place reserved for guest. Upon arrival waitlisted close to 3h to check in.

Very good facilities and amenities, though the complimentary appetizer each day was pathetic - a complimentary brownie was 2x2 inches, dry, and took forever to be served.

Staff seem overwhelmed and should be better prepared during peak hours (check out, meal times, etc). There seemed to be preferential treatment for white, elderly customers.

Most of the staff was excellent.. a few hiccups here and there. The bartender - Jordan, was amongst the highlights, such a great personality. The bellman was also very helpful.

There were not enough ice machines which made it extremely inconvenient to get ice. Additionally security came to our room extremely aggressive one evening. Some of our family that was staying elsewhere was visiting and we were laughing and catching up and the security banged on our door and said they had a report that we were fighting. It was ridiculous. I asked him as you were standing here before you banged on the door, did you hear anything that sounded like violence.. no, so then why are you being so damn aggressive - if you need us to bring the noise down no problem but do not approach our room like we are criminals.

My stay was perfect. I truly enjoyed myself. The breakfast was delicious. The beach isn’t far from the hotel & they offer shuttles so you don’t have to walk. 😊

Beautiful property and lovely pool.

The management. Not enough staff for check in or check out. Way too many people waiting a half hour or more just to talk to the front desk.

Beautful pool area. Shuttle to beach was very assessable and convenient Room was beautiful and very clean. Food and drinks very good and affordable. Staff was very friendly.

The pool chairs were very uncomfortable and could use few more umbrellas for shade. Also there is nightclub next door and few nights loud music lasted till 4 am. Apparently you only hear it though on one side of building. Taxi service is very poor. Long waits. We ended up calling ourselves using a driver we met each time we went out.

Our stay at the Courtyard Marriott was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was spotless, especially the bathroom and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional. The location is also perfect, close to all the nightlife and restaurants, which made it easy to explore the area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

No complaints!

The bfast buffet had good choices, in terms of fresh made eggs, etc. Location of the hotel is within good walking distance of beaches and some shopping areas.

The complimentary appetizers were not that great, as the bruschetta tomatoes were not fresh, and the caprice was nothing like original. Need more choices for drinks at the bar, and could do with the pool bar open till a bit more later than 6:45 pm

we had an amazing stay at the court. The staff was absolutely amazing and very helpful - in particular, the room service, pool services and bar services were great and super efficient. The court itself is a great facility to spend some relaxed and comfortable time in Aruba including fantastic pool facilities. breakfast buffet is highly recommendable!

we really enjoyed our stay - if there is something to improve, we would like to get more information upon arrival at the reception such as usage of gym faculty, breakfast arrangements etc.
