My husband had left the resort for the day and I had decided to go to the infinity pool to read. I stopped at the towel hut to grab a towel. The attendant asked me for my towel card, I said, I'm sorry my husband has it and he is not here. I showed him my bracelet and told him my room number and he said he couldn't give me a towel without a towel card. I was very upset. How ridiculous to treat a guest like that.

Two bedroom suite is very spacious and perfect for traveling with little ones. Great location- walkable to beach, shops, and restaurants. Pool was never too crowded.

The couch in the suite isn’t the most comfortable but definitely not a deal breaker. They had some construction going on and did inform us with a written letter, but it was still pretty loud at times during the day.

Large spacious rooms. Location was good. Clean and new.

Although beach access was easy, securing a beach lounge chair wasn’t. It was a struggle to make a beach chair reservation and in 6 days never secured one. Even when there were lounge chairs visibly available, we were turned down unless we were willing to pay money for Radison chairs. Thumbs down on helpfulness of beach staff.

I loved everything! The staff were the sweetest people on earth! The location and proximity to shops and restaurants and the beach was walkable

There was absolutely nothing that I didn’t like

The suite was very beautiful, silent and clean (Ms. Sonia was excellent!). The breakfast was great (we tried both options, à-la-carte and buffet, both were delicious). The hotel was just a short walk away from the beach (there was also a free shuttle with Mr Santos, very nice guy!) and from most of the restaurants/stores of Palm Beach. The concierge was very helpful and she always had a great smile on her face.

Absolutely loved the hotel!! Best one i have ever been too! I could write a book about this place! Amazing and beautiful massive apartment with big comfy ned and Kitchen. Spotless clean hotel everywhere, staff beyond wonderful! So happy, smiley and helpful! I was shocked and surprised how beautiful the staff was!!! We felt so welcome and looked after. Everything was great, breakfast and pools just amazing! I loved it so much I would happily return! Amazing value for money!

Plenty of sunbeds , room was a very good size. The roof top adult infinity pool was very good , relaxing The on site coffee shop was great Towel hut was perfect for clean towels at anytime

The set up at the beach was poor, not enough sun beds . Would need to queue at 7 am to have a chance of getting a bed. The kitchen area in the room could’ve been better equipped, we were supplied with paper plates and cups , there was a microwave but nothing to cook stuff in , no bowls or cooking utensils. Some extra items would’ve been more useful, ie a toaster and some plastic bowls One yoga class a week , would be better to have at least 3 .

This was our third year staying at the Radisson Blu - we love it for the large, clean suites, proximity to the beach and town and for the staff who are very welcoming and helpful.

This year there were not enough chairs at the beach, so we had to rent from Moomba or wait and fight with others to get the sub-par uncomfortable beach chairs. Also - my husband got locked in the lobby bathroom for 45 minutes and they couldn't get him out and we were never contacted by the main staff to apologize or make sure he was ok. No one could help get him out - they had to bash the door down while he waited in a barely air conditioned stall.

The location is very good if you're keen to use the beach and generally chill out. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby too. The hotel has an amazing rooftop pool which is spacious, modern and actually not too busy as most guests head straight to the allocated beach area.

Nothing to dislike really, especially given the price. Being picky, the lobby area is a bit small and chaotic but once you're checked in and have time to look around you realise how good the place is. If you find the allocated beach space is full you can rent a parasol and two loungers nearby for $30 per day.

We recently returned from our first visit to this beautiful island. I normally don't write reviews but I am compelled to do so this time. Unfortunately when we arrived there was an issue with the room we had booked...without going into the HORRIBLE UGLY details...and the fact that it was only made worse by the rudeness of the young lady at the counter, I was at the verge of tears. We were referred to the hotel manager Roland, by an employee who overheard how terribly we were treated. Roland proved to be a WONDERFUL person. His compassion, understanding and his need to fix the problem and make things right was beyond measure!! His work ethic and sincere kindness is obviously mirrored by his exemplary staff!! (minus the 2 jerks at the counter). The smile and positive energy of his concierge Valentina, the kindness and compassion of Chucksi (who went above and beyond), Dana, Leyonardo, Joey, Santos, Davide-Ramon at the beach and the towel gentlemen who prided himself in learning portuguese 😉 (Unfortunately I didn't get his name) this well rounded staff made a negative situation into a huge positive so much so that we ended up staying 2 more nights!! I realize that there is a lot of choice when staying on the island BUT having these individuals represent the Radisson makes it my first choice in accommodations...I truly hope these people are recognized for their hard work and superior customer service. Also most importantly keep in mind its a short walk to the beach or u can shuttle.... get there early or see if you can reserve a chair and umbrella you’re definitely going to need it. The downtown area is right outside your door where you have a plethora or choices for shopping, entertainment and dining. I can’t wait to go back.
