All the facilities and staff were great!! Diego that works the pool bar really cares about the guests and his service. He took the time to get to know our family. We really love the location as well. Anything we needed that was not provided on the resort was in walking distance.

We really struggle with the resorts buffet. The food was not really good and it seemed like it was always the same options. The big issue we had was with the Mexican Restaurant on the resort. Unfortunately my wife and son both got food poisoning on our last night there (Monday Feb 19th) my wife was so ill from it we almost didn’t think she would be able to fly out the next morning. If not for this issue we would have given 5 stars throughout the entire resort. I did notify the front desk the next morning as well.

Great location. The staff members were superb. Always welcoming and always ready to help. Rooms were nice and clean. Very easy access to the beach. Quality of food at the buffet was decent. The restaurants were also good.

Was very difficult to get a chair by the pool or by the ocean unless you wake up really early and go spread your towel. I don't think it's a problem with the resort. Some people came and booked a number of chairs by spreading their towels or hat and then just disappeared. Others who are a little late couldn't find any spot though most of the chairs remained empty. The property should do something about this, as this may be only reason, we will not consider this for our next trip.

Centrally located to night life, good amount of restaurants and shops inside

Not enough seating around pool, everything is taken if you don’t wake up before 7 to reserve. Buffet was so-so.

I really like the ladies from the Barcy kids clubs, they go above and beyond. I liked the food, really good! I didnt like that there is no snacks bars opened all the time like Barcelo in DR. The restaurants are with reservations they book really fast. The buffet is open from 7-11, then 12-5 and then 6-10p I believe. Drinks are good, big variety, the guys from the lobby bar specially Armando are on point with drinks as well. We got VIP of the day and got to eat at the Royal restaurant! that food was reallyyy good! The menu included Lobster. The ladies from the front desk were ok, they speak all languages but then talking to each other in their language while I was trying to explain, I was just wanting to know if they understood what I explained but I couldnt confirm because they were speaking their language lol but they were nice.

I didnt like that while you in the pool if you get hungry you cant really go eat because to go in the restaurants you need proper attire, no bathing suit, my kids were hungry after being in the pool and beach all day, 3 and 8 year old, I had to first take them to the room to shower and then come back down to have them eat.

I love how friendly everyone was and how attentive the staff was to even very simple or repetitive questions. The food was GREAT!

The rooms do need a little work. Cushions had rusty buttons and the room was often humid even with the balcony door shut making many things in the room feel wet even at night.

Excellent location. Proximity to the beach and shopping centers. Good all inclusive options including nightly entertainment and several restaurants which were not hard to reserve

The beds were not that comfortable. Room temps were warm. Felt like the AC was broken

the gym was poor machines need updating and definitely needs a bigger space. the idea we had to get up before 6am to get beach chairs was very annoying.same for the pool chairs which there is plenty of room for more chairs.Any all inclusive that we have stayed at room service was included and to limit our 7 night stay to only 4 nights of reserved dinner reservations.then go to restaurants to see if they have openings.Buffet was good but sometimes you more ambiance at dinner.

I loved the location, it was right near everything we did. It was right next to the club we attended, and was walking distance to get to the activities we did. The staff was very nice. Check in was quick and easy, and so was check out. The pool was great, and the swim up bar staff was great.

The food was horrible, but thats expected with resort food. Its rushed. The Italian restaurant we had reservations for wasn't that bad. Could've been better, but remember it's resort food so I didnt expect anything better.

The location is really good, the beach is beautiful, the staff at the royal level restaurant was excellent and at the royal desk too.

We didn’t like the buffet food, not a good variety of food and was tasteless, the specialty restaurants a littlr better but not flavorful, we upgraded to royal and room service menu for lunch and dinner was good, our question was why not all the places have the same quality of food,
