The property was ok nothing really great about it, the condo itself is really small. It said for 6 people but really good enough for 3 max 4.

No security, they don’t give you the code for the main entrance for coming in and out. And the only way you can contact them is through email no phone number. They also hold $800 for security deposit what was ridiculous. It never stated that on their site.

Everything was new and immaculate. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially JianFranco. They welcomed us at the airport and provided a WhatsApp contact for any questions we might have. They assisted with car rentals, suggested restaurants and activities, and helped us find taxis at any time. The location was convenient, within walking distance of Palm Beach, but I strongly recommend renting a car if you're staying here. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, there was AC in every room, and it was quiet at night. It had everything we needed for a perfect stay.

They no longer provide parasols due to frequent damage. We were really counting on them based on older reviews, so it was a bit disappointing.

Bocobay Aracari was great. It was not in the Hi-Rise hotel zone, but was close enough (2k) to take advantage and it was quiet. The 2B/2BA had plenty of space and a balcony overlooking the pool. It was well-stocked with every kitchen gadget one would need. Also, it had plenty of beach gear including chairs, floaties, coolers and snorkeling gear. Staff was quick to resolve a small issue with the television. I would stay here again without hesitation. I visited Aruba from the USA.

Nothing a small bit of touch-up paint wouldn't resolve

The apartment was in excellent condition, everything was new, of high quality and functional. The kitchen was well equipped so that we enjoyed cooking there. In addition to the dishwasher, there was a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the apartment, including washing powder and dishwasher tabs. There was plenty of room for 3 people and we loved the luxury of having 2 bathrooms. Everything had been thought of, including beach chairs and a cooler bag. Small snacks were provided as a welcome gift. The on-site service was excellent. We were always helped immediately. The location was ideal for us, not far from beaches, supermarkets and restaurants.

The apartment we stayed in was very nice and clean. Everything in it is good quality, quite new and therefore in good shape. For a family of 4 also this was enough space. The pool was very nice and not busy at all the time we were there. We had a rental car and used it to drive to restaurants but still we felt the location is relatively central and a lot is around it without driving too long. The communication with Bocobay-team was exceptional! Great service! Details for checking in at arrival day and using door codes was very well communicated. There was one major issue with the apartment on arrival but it was resolved in full satisfaction.

The balcony we had was facing inside the building complex and had no wind. This resulted into being quite warm there so we could not really used it, even not during late evenings to just sit outside. We used the pool with our kids more than every 2nd day so we recognized that the area around the pool could have been cleaned a bit better. But this is complaining on a very high level! The facility is great, we had a fantastic stay there and felt very welcome.

It was very nice and safe. The team is very friendly and they were very responsive. Every time i sent a question, it was answered right away. Close by Palm Beach.

The apartment was great, they had everything we needed and more, great attention to details, organized and clean, but what we loved the most was the excellent hospitality and customer care, both online and at the condo.

everything in the apartment is brand new and clean. Staffs are very helpful and location isn't too far off from the beach, about 10-15 min walk. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. kitchen and in-house laundry are the biggest plus!
