Easy access right off the interstate. Short drive into downtown Clear Lake. I loved the scent upon entering the hotel. Was quiet & clean. Would stay again if in the area. Loved the restaurant next door too . Great food & drinks and was nice not to have to drive anywhere to dine.

Quite a bit more expensive than most hotels in town. Pool very small. The food was lukewarm at 7 when the breakfast opened.

The fitness center was excellent. Breakfast was also great and included many gluten free options. The room was comfortable for a two day stay.

Upon check-in, the desk clerk didn’t direct us to our room or give us any details about breakfast. He handed me the room key and that was it.

We had to ask them to freshen up or room. They said that since Covid they only clean and Freshon up rooms once every 3 days we said for the price of the room that wasn’t acceptable they did accommodate us

only 3 Kleenex in the box , water leaked from the bottom of the shower door all over the bathroom floor, and there was pink mold in the corner of the bottom of the shower door and in the corner of the foot shelf. maybe some retraining on house cleaning but it is fixable

Friendly and competent staff.

Breakfast didn't seem to be covered well. There seemed to be only one employee working there. Items were out, cold, the garbage cans were overflowing.

Ron was incredibly friendly and personable as he worked the front desk. He got us into our rooms quickly. The rooms are very clean and welcoming. While I didn’t use the fitness center or pool, both facilities looked clean. I got a great nice sleep and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone passing through the area.

Great location, very nice and clean. Breakfast choices were good.

The nighttime front desk staff couple have been more pleasant. Not very welcoming or engaging.

Conveniently located, clean, plenty of charging stations, great breakfast and considerate friendly staff.

Our TV didn’t work

The entire experience exceeded our expectations. Staff was accommodating and friendly, the room was tasteful and clean and we were recommended a nearby restaurant that was very good. We will use this facility again in the future.

We have no negative comments.

Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was only Ok
