I liked the pool, in the receptionist when I checked in at 4pm was very nice in welcoming.

I didn't like the receptionist that came in during the shift of 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. He was very rude. And same like you didn't like his job. Breakfast you guys need to have bacon and not them dry biscuits.

The owner and managers clearly care about making it a clean and comfortable location. It gets better every time I go. It looks like they put in new flooring and shower heads.

They cemented over the hot tub at some point. Would be a nice thing to have when coming to Mason City.

Breakfast was lacking compared to some we have stayed at, but that was fine we had enough to get on the road again. Bathroom toliet was loose, and the sink facet sprayed all over, needed a new screen on it.

The beds were comfortable and you don't hear much traffic.

I was upset that somebody was smoking in the hall where our rooms were and all the rooms were non-smoking. I'm allergic to cig smoke so I had to cover my face and run to my room before my throat swelled up.

Great value for the money. Nothing fancy and it looks as if the inside of the property has been recently updated. Met the owner who was very friendly. Stayed on our way to South Dakota and on our return journey home. Give it a try!

The hotel was close to the North Event Center... That's where I ran the kitchen for the horse show for the weekend of the fourth..

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly (we arrived late). Easy to get to. Breakfast was better than i expected from a small town.

Smell of pot in the lobby and hallways (Couldn't smell it in the room was a plus). The bathroom light buzzed like an electric razor when it was turned on. Tub dripped constantly.

Served us well as we stayed only one night. Breakfast was okay

TV and lights were not working. My husband figured out they were disconnected.

Very well located near shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and roomy. I liked the mini refrigerator and microwave. Very friendly staff

The bed was uncomfortable for me.

Location was good.

The breakfast was down sized from about a year ago.. They used to have sausage included. Also yogurt and fruit cup were eliminated.
