Check in was fast , explanation of everything was on point . Staff was friendly and got through the check in process quickly and efficiently. Housekeeping was helpful throughout the entire stay . She was wonderful.

We stayed on the 3rd floor which the ac didn't work well at all. It was hot and muggy throughout the entire floor rooms were ok as far as ac . Had 2 different rooms 1 ac didn't work too well in which wasn't good considering it was over 94 outside . Tub didn't drain well in 1 room .

We stayed for one night to spend time with family that were camping. So it was nice to be fairly close clean room nice pool and breakfast was good.

Only real complaint we have is the toilet in the room was not ADA compliant. That being said both of us have mobility issues and this was an issue. My understanding is they recently remodeled so I guess I ask why did you not replace all toilets with ADA compliant ones.

I loved how absolutely friendly every staff working was my entire stay! They treat you like family, make conversation when we come and go through the lobby, smile, and are all kind. I also LOVED the breakfast! So many great options and the staff kept everything stocked and fresh. Tables were constantly cleaned, even when it was busy. The pool was so much fun for my family and very clean. The whole facility was clean and looked great the entire stay. It was also very nice to have an outside courtyard type option!

There was some miscommunication between booking.com and the hotel and my reservation ended up appearing as canceled when I went to check in. It was a little stressful but the staff found me a room and took care of helping to make sure I was not double charged. Highly impressed! Just wanted to share for future booking.com reservations to help everyone in those situations!

Breakfast was fine, not great. Chalkboard written menu : scrambled eggs and maple sausage. The meat was ring bologne, super salty, no maple flavor. Milk was very cold in pourable, stainless steel thermos, appreciate that!

Had a room with 2 double beds.. would have liked to get a room with 2 queen beds. Rooms should always have queen size beds which don't take up much more room.

Breakfast was good. Very clean. Good hotel would stay there again. Special kudos go out to Ryan, He worked in the kitchen at breakfast. He kept the food stocked and everything clean. He is friendly, helpful and has excellent customer service.

The hotel was clean but the entire hotel needs refreshing.

Room was clean as was the whole facility. Breakfast was fine. Decent selection and the staff was prompt.

We asked for rooms to be close and were a long distance from our friends. It was a busy weekend for the community and they bumped the prices up by about $20.00 per room.

Staff let us check in early, which was super appreciated! Room was clean and nice, and even though we had a neighbor with a young child, we couldn't hear them unless we were in the hall. Breakfast was beyond what we expected; it was an entire buffet! Location is fantastic and convenient.

Building design/ layout is not great if you are using a wheelchair (no ADA automatic door openers, elevator is tiny). Bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan.

Loved the dog park. Loved the breakfast. Room was very comfortable and clean. So nice to have a very good restaurant attached to the hotel. Ample parking for our RV.

Close to the interstate, breakfast was good and clean, staff was very friendly, and my room was close to the smoking area.
