The property was superb. No problem. It’s just that I canceled and rescheduled within the free cancel time and I was still charged on my credit card. Trying to get ahold of someone to aid this 87 year old lady with this chore was very stressful. After writing about 5 notes on here asking for a refund, FIALLY someone phoned me. Helped me get the refund. I was told that since I was booking this reservation thru someone other than the hotel, it was not their problem. I should seek out whomever I was dealing with. I decided, never again, I will go straight to the hotel, no middle man involved.

No problem with the property.

Breakfast selections were varied and of great flavor and quality. The indoor pool and gym were nice perks. Laundry facilities were paid by coin, but were easy to use and the hotel even provided some laundry soap and dryer sheets. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Not much to say here -- we were very pleased with our stay.

We really appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and how friendly the staff was. We had positive interactions with the gentleman who checked us in. He was very kind and attentive.The breakfast selection was awesome.

There was not one thing that we did not like. This was one of the nicer hotels we have stayed at.

Overall cleanliness- rooms, linens, common areas, hallway. Smells really good!

Check in staff somewhat not welcoming, I feel some discrimination as I came in first, being Asian and looks horrible from long drive, receptionist gave me cold treatment, it changed until my husband arrived, who's a Caucasian

The property was very clean and the staff was very kind.

I have no complaints. It was a quick trip. We came to see my son play basketball at NIACC.

The breakfast was good. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent.

I honestly cannot tell you what you could do better.

The hot breakfast had a variety of choices. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and diligent. We will definitely come back again!

The location works for our purposes. The breakfast is excellent.

I wish the refrigerator had a freezer compartment. I wish it was a little less expensive.

The shampoo, conditioner and body wash attached to the wall in shower great. I’m very fussy when it comes to shampoo and conditioner and I really liked them. There was also hand soap and lotion in the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. We meet up with friends once a year and it is always a great time.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Clean. Quiet. Good breakfast.
