Clean room, clean lobby. Very relaxing stay. Close to several eateries.

I had called ahead to request a slightly early arrival but was not allowed to check in until every room was cleaned and the initial check-in time came around. I think booking.com should remove the option to request an early check in from places like this that aren't going to allow it no matter how soon you request it. We could have spent 1.5 more hours in town if they had just said no rather than move our check in to the time we requested and then refuse it when we arrived. They did allow us to sit in the lobby to eat the sandwiches we had picked up at Culvers.

He's a threat to the psychological and immediate physical safety of those staying here from nearby urban locations. Check in was fast and smooth. Our room was clean and fairly spacious. The pool was clean and warm with plenty of towels and chairs for the grown ups to sit in to watch the kids. Breakfast area was sparkling clean. Biscuits and gravy, a pancake making machine, and pastries accompanied scrambled eggs and a sausage,veggie and potato medley. Strawberries and salsa as well as other sauces and spices were amply available. Would stay here again if ever in Clear Lake.

The hotel was wonderful it was very clean. The beds were ok but not bad. The breakfast was delicious and there were a variety of food options.

I did not appreciate being rushed out of our room. At 11am a staff member knocked on the door I stated I needed 15 more min and the person had a rude attitude. She literally stood outside the door waiting for us to vacate. I really felt harassed and it made me feel upset that I was being treated like this. After the 15 min the person came in the room and started doing whatever she needed to do. Out of all the rooms in the hotel they stood at our door rushing us to leave. We were in town because of my daughter graduating with her Masters from the local college. Unfortunately it was a wonderful stay but the way we were treated when it was time to go I will never stay there again especially being a person of color.

Breakfast was wonderful with a good variety of choices

Blankets on the bed or in the room. Bed had 3 light sheets which was not warm enough. Temperature was set at 68 which is what I set at home, but 2nd night raised temperature to 70 and brought in a blanket from my car. Outside temperature was 2 degrees

Breakfast was great, and out early enough for tradesmen like myself. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfy. Also the smart TV access was nice. Netflix, Hulu, Prime, and more, plus Bluetooth music and phone casting. They also have a pool, although I didn't bring my trunks, and I'm pretty sure they had a hot tub, but not entirely sure. I was also told they have adult swim from 10 to midnight.

I stayed there in room 214 the week before, and the shower drained poorly, but my dumb self never told the front desk, and now I'm understanding that I should have, and now I'm facepalming myself, because how else are they supposed to know they need to fix it?

Breakfast, room & staff were all very good. The night auditor Dave went way above his responsibilities in helping me with my rental car which was a 2023 model that was way newer than my car. He helped me find the key fob & showed me how to use it.

Lighting in the room was poor, especially for reading in bed. That is something you might try to improve.

I have to say the best part was the amazing breakfast. So many choices from little omelette to breakfast sandwiches and waffles with strawberries and fun toppings. The other thing was that it seemed very clean. Our hot tub in our room was a bit of a pain cuz the drain didn’t work, but otherwise it was a nice tub.

Friendly staff, comfortable and clean room, nice breakfast. Very quiet....a big plus.

Only negative was lack of elevator. Our room was on the second floor and we are in our late seventies with all of the aches and pains associated with that age.

The breakfast is always amazing, Lots of options! Biscuits and gravy is my favorite thing here!! I love getting a hot chocolate and a cup of apple juice in the mornings for breakfast! I love that the pool and hot tub are open until midnight. Kids stop swimming at 10 or 11 and adult swim till 12.
