Ron at the front desk was super professional, and provides guest with outstanding service! Will definitely stay here again! Rooms were super comfortable, and clean! They don’t have a hot tub but the regular pool was still fun!

The property was great!

breakfast was good. served and refilled warm the entire time. Kitchen staff was warm spirited and friendly - Didn't look like they were just doing a job.

The whirlpool / Jet tab by the pool was not available for use and it looked old or rusty too. Might be that was the reason it wasn't working. An newer installation will be a complement to guests. we had to settle for the pool.

Everything was nice and clean

They don’t have a hot tub anymore and the pool was freezing. The entire room was freezing! My daughter had her birthday party at the hotel and the girls couldn’t even swim it was so cold.

Ron at the front desk was so welcoming and kind and attentive. Breakfast was great! Coloring pages and crayons for the kids was a plus too.

We liked the breakfast they offer, the room and the location of the hotel.

Every time we stay here the hot tub is never in service and there always seems to be an issue with the pool. When traveling with a family those are key reason we choose this location.

Room and hotel smelled clean

I found drywall dust on my mirror and the corner of the dresser. I also noticed coffee grounds on the back wall of the lower coffee slide out.

I didn’t get the room I booked I asked for two queen room they over booked so I got one king

Tv not easy to view from bed, off to the side. Hot breakfast items limited. Western omelets bacon and biscuits, seemed odd combination,

It has a nice big lobby so we could have a birthday party there

You really need to get a hot tub back!

Both the Receptionist and the Maintenance staff made sure our room door was securely locked by fixing a hinge and screw and checked on us .😊

Need security cameras on each floor. Young Hockey players used the hallways for puck “ dashing”. They did get quiet by 9 or 10 pm .
