The hotel is a little ways away from downtown or the historical neighborhoods we wanted to visit BUT it was basically a straight shot to where we needed to be. It's located on a main road as opposed to a small side street making it easily accessible and safe but without a car I think it wouldn't be as convenient. The staff were AMAZING! A nighttime receptionist named Rajae was VERY helpful, polite and accommodating, she went above and beyond, the food staff at the breakfast buffet were very clean, organized, professional and polite, as well as the daytime receptionists who smiled all the time and did their best to help us. Cleanliness!!! The hotel, the sheets, the floors, the elevators, the restaurant, everywhere you do, the place is sparkling clean and it makea a HUGE difference! Overall and for the value I think it is a really good hotel!

The rooms can be a little bigger. The showers are not very convenient as water splashes out every time someone takes a shower without a means to either stop it or clean it up. The way toiletries are kept gives off an unpleasant vibe. It would be wiser to invest in better packaged ones. And finally the breakfast menu could use some healthier and more varied options.

Although it is situated next to a large in Meknes near to the highway, our room was astonishingly quiet at night. Besides: Very, very clean everywhere! And the staff was very friendly, recommending us an excellent restaurant nearby.

The evening we arrived every public room (bar downstairs, restaurant upstairs) was full of soccer aficionados watching an important match, so no place for us to eat or drink.

The room was spacious and cosy, very clean and well equipped. We had extra quilt, soap and shampoo, AC, balcony, lift, big wardrobe. Sone lights have movement sensors, avoided to keep the up long time. The staff is very helpful! Basic but enough breakfast. Location was good for us, our preference was to be easy to leave next day to Fes airport.

The hot water takes some time, and a black out curtain or shade would be great (the current barely hides light from outside during the night)

The staff were very helpful and the hotel was very clean.

The neighbours were noisy, we heard kids crying at 3:00 pm. We might have had bad luck. I also think that sound isolation is not perfect.
