- Excellent location for stop-over as near motorway and lots of shops - Very nice staff - Overall quite clean room - Quiet - Comfortable - Good onsite free parking

- Room had strong drain smell - Corridors also had strong bad odor - Room was very clean except for a couple of small details such as little stain on bed sheet and cup marks on the table that hadn't been wiped.

Location is good with connection back on to the motorway. Size of the room was decent for budget hotel. Bed was firm, which is not a problem for me. Requested extra pillows for my back and hip problems, which I got.

Bad smell as soon as we walked into the room but was sorted after we opened the window. Bathroom was really small, could do with a good deep clean. Shower curtain was clean but I think they should regularly change them. Shower pressure quite low. Pillows were really soft and not comfortable at all!

We always stop here on the way to our family for Xmas. The staff is really nice, kids love the cat, family room is clean, super comfy and with 2 levels so we can watch a bit of TV while kids sleep. Location is perfect for us to stop for the night, have a nice meal in the restaurants close by, so kids can go early to bed. Having enough parking place is also a plus.

This was our first 2-star hotel in Europe. We desperately needed to rent at least something for our budget, and B&B Hotel in Frouard has met our requirements. We traveled with small children and needed to rest until morning to continue our trip. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room and bathroom were small but clean and warm (especially compared to the next hotel in Munich). The hotel also features vending machine and microwave oven in the lobby. This was very convenient because we could warm meals for our baby at any time.

The only downside is that the hotel doesn't have a 24-hour reception desk. It offers a registration kiosk outside the building. Unfortunately, it was obsolete and supported neither contactless payment nor our cards. So we stuck for a while until we found a stranger that helped us complete the check-in using his credit card in exchange for cash.

Good location/next to the highway - a nice sleep stopover place. Clean. Breakfast OK (traditional French/sweet; just a few salty options).

Self-check in a bit complicated, especially if arriving at night, but managable.

The location was very good, u had an Burger King right in front of you and there was even a Lidl so if u wanted to shop a little. They even had a really cute and nice cat that made us feel very welcomed and happy.

Everything was really good, would definitely recommend.

Great bathroom, especially witch children. Good water pressure, large shower head and 2 level high fitting of the shower head on the wall (one for kids and one for adults). Highly recommended.

Basic hotel for a stopover. location was good. ample parking available. Quick Self check in. there was no staff. Toilet was clean. Towels available.

Kettle and tea stuff would be useful.

Check-in and check-out were very convenient since we arrived late and left early in the next morning. The room is quite spacious and very well adapted for the family.

The room was not completely clean, and although the facilities are practical, they are not very welcoming.

The check-in machine did not accept my reservation number. I only got a response using the help-button after several tries, calling the listed phone number did not work.
