The hotel is perfect as a stop on a road trip. The staff was really friendly (even gave us a voucher for 2 drinks from the bar!). The room was organized in a very efficient manner (i.e. adequate shelves for storage, adequate space around the beds, nice size shower). The breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone. Great service. We were especially grateful that there were a couple of restaurants located in the same area since we were staying on a Sunday night and we normally struggle to find accommodations with nearby food service. Parking was easy.

Lighting in the bathroom is indirect lighting so using the mirror for the application of makeup is a challenge.

We stayed one night while traveling by car from the UK to Italy, and it was a perfect stopover! The location was convenient, right off the motorway, which made it ideal for breaking up our long drive. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and made check-in smooth and hassle-free after a long day on the road. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, ensuring we had a restful night’s sleep before continuing our journey. We also appreciated the free parking, which made it easy to get in and out with our car. Overall, this hotel provided everything we needed for a quick yet comfortable stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone passing through!

We had to change our check in time due to a 2 hour delay at the Eurotunnel. The receptionist greeted us at the door and quickly checked us in. If we'd have been on time, we'd have had a nightcap in the quirky lounge and well stocked bar. Very Boutique decor, industrial chic but relaxed and comfortable too. Immaculate room and conveniently located off the motorway as a stopover for us. Historic region for remembering the incredible contribution of the resistance movement during the war. Memorial park across the road from the hotel is worth a visit. Great staff, helpful, friendly and efficient.

Easy to find. We arrived late at night and found it quite easily off the motorway and with the help of the person on reception who come out to us to help us we found a parking space easily as well. The staff was so helpful. After we arrived in reception the check in staff that night made us so welcome and made us a lovely cup of tea which was much appreciated after our long journey from the UK that day. Breakfast was a good choice and very relaxed. Thank you so much for our stay we highly recommend to and travellers heading to Nancy.

Not a thing an excellent stay.

There was available parking outside. The rooms are modern, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff are nice and helpful. The breakfast was fresh. The rooms are ok in size. The internet worked well.

The breakfast was ok, but I was missing some tomatoes/cucumbers etc. to go with the savoury offer. There was no small fridge in the room, which I missed as I stayed a few nights. The sound insulation is very bad as one could hear very clearly the noises (including bedroom noises) from the corridor and neighbours.

Very friendly greeting at the reception with an offer of two welcome drinks of our choice at the bar. After entering our room we were very pleasently surprised to find a complementery bottle of sparkling local mirabelle wine with two glasses and packet of local honey and lemon sweets and a lovely thank you note from the hotel to appreciate our loyalty over some years. We enjoyed very good meal at the Auberge, on-site, followed by restful comfortable night at the hotel. After very good breakfest we continued our way home. What sets this hotel apart from others is the combination of spacious clean rooms, really good food and very professional and friendly staff who make sure you are welcomed and appreciated.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable airconditioned room, very good and varied breakfast and great restaurant although at the end of the hotel car park so 3 to 5 minute stroll it is well worth the visit for very good local cuisine with modern twist and wine, great staff in the restaurant and in the hotel, very polite and very helpful. We have been staying frequently in this hotel since it opened and had great meals in the restaurant, very good night rest and really fantastic service. We usually tend to stop half way on our 10 and a half hour drive to the south of France but because this is our preferred hotel and is just around 4 hours from us we do not mind driving longer after relaxing overnight stay in the hotel.

Arriving at the building I had my doubts if this was for us...we're elderly. Walking inside and being greeted with a huge smile by a very welcoming young lady, I thought ....mmmm, maybe it'll be OK. Then I looked around and saw the FUNKIEST, modern, industrial designed hotel I've yet to visit...and we travel a lot. Great, different interior in a relaxed style and a little wink of the 👁 to modern art. It's totally different. Most enjoyable. And don't forget to go to the restaurant across the parking for supper. Great interior, great food (it was packed, always a good sign.) L'Auberge. And the yummiest Pinot Grigio!

The outside of the building made me feel like I'd made a mistake with this reservation...but that soon changed!

Good location if you don't want to visit the centre. No outside noise in the room whatsoever. Convenient on-side parking. Staff and the welcome drink at the bar was a nice touch

The nearby restaurant (part of the hotel) was OK, but we got placed at a table that was supported by an oil barrel. This causes you to have dinner with your legs spread around the barrel. Very inconvenient! When we asked for a different, regular table, we were told they were all reserved, even while not all of them got occupied during our stay. The breakfast was a bit on the lean side as far as choices go.

Nothing to not like. It's a cracker of a place. Not far off the highway, a few eateries etc nearby and a lovely bar onsite. The staff were very friendly and courteous and made you feel welcome. Decor brilliant - industrial - nice to see something different in a hotel room. The whole place was really clean.

The only thing I could complain about is the lack of a refrigerator. As an Australian we are used to having a fridge to keep our drinks cold. We were able to get ice from the bar but it's a poor substitute. Oh and the cups were tiny - too small for a decent cuppa. Both minor complaints really and don't detract from the comfort of your stay.
