We had a wonderful two-day stay at this beautiful house in Giverny. The house itself is charming, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed—including air conditioning, which was a welcome bonus during the warm weather. The entire property has such a peaceful and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring the area. We especially appreciated how well everything was maintained and how much care clearly goes into the house. Our hosts were absolutely fantastic—welcoming, attentive, and kind. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived and offered helpful tips for visiting local attractions. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Giverny. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house, the room with a private bathroom is gorgeous, very comfortable., and has everything you could possibly need. A home away from home. The owners are very nice, welcoming and helpful. Very good breakfast, and tea and coffee facilities at your disposal. Very peaceful location, with free parking in the back of the house. Near Giverny and Cloud Monet house and gardens but you will need a car to get there.

We absolutely loved everything

The location of the hotel is excellent, only a few kilometers by car from Givenny. The hotel appears to be located in an old house with a beautiful garden and spacious parking space. Our room is located on the second floor, clean and comfortable, with complete facilities, especially reserved USB charging ports in many locations. The hostess was very friendly and enthusiastically recommended a restaurant near Monet Garden to us, and made a reservation for us by phone. Sitting in a beautiful restaurant in the morning, enjoying it! In short, this is a great family hotel!

We received a wonderful welcome from the hosts and immediately felt at ease and comfortable. They were kind and interested in our travels. The room was beautiful, really comfortable and the bathroom was really very spacious. The breakfast was plentiful, varied and delicious. The location was perfect for our needs, and we were given excellent recommendations for dinner by the host. We would definitely recommend a stay here to anyone wanting to visit Giverney and hope to return ourselves one day.

We particularly enjoyed the room which is spacious, comfortable and clean as well as their hospitality with restaurant recommendation, reservation and road trip planning. We really enjoyed the peaceful countryside atmosphere and the authentic local experience. Breakfast was excellent, and the game room was a great bonus. We were met by Florence on arrival with a warm, friendly greeting and who was happy to suggest restaurants in the area. The dining area and large bedrooms were to a very high specification with everything matching. The beds were comfortable too. There was a large choice of fresh food at breakfast time with no restrictions on quantity. Should we ever be in this area again, we would make this our default choice for B&B accommodation. It really was that good.

The hosts Florence and Jean-Marc were warm and welcoming. They both went out of their way to meet a couple special requests. The room was exceptionally well appointed and the large freestanding tub was a perfect way to end a long overnight flight and travel day. Very clean, lots of fluffy towels, self-service coffee and tea through the day very appreciated while adjusting to new time zone. Delicious and filling breakfast. Short drive to Giverny to visit Monet’s house and gardens. A most pleasant and quiet stay. As an Airbnb and Vrbo host myself, I give this lovely chambers d’hote (small guest hotel) my highest recommendation.

Very nice house and garden, really great breakfast and our host Florence was very friendly and service minded. We were offered to lend four bikes, which we did to get to the Monet Garden 5 km away. When we needed a taxi we also were offered help with this. A nice restaurant was only a kilometer away so we could walk to it.

The hosts have really thought about every detail for a pleasant stay. We booked the family rooms for 4 of us. We enjoyed wine on the back deck as our daughter relaxed in the hot tub. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The common areas are well appointed with a pool table and games. Breakfast had so many items to choose from we couldn’t eat them all. Definitely would recommend.
