We stayed around 2 weeks in Swan Paradise. We chose this hotel for our honeymoon and from the first moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away by the wonderful service and hospitality of the staff. The check in was smooth, the room was clean and specious. The hotel had prepared complimentary honeymoon decorations for us and a cake. The pools were clean, the restaurant had a beautiful view and the food was delicious. The variety of options on the menu were endless, we had trouble choosing. We had a wonderful experience with the entire staff, especially Agustin. She was behind lovely and helpful. We couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. Highly recommend!

On our Bali trip, we stayed at 3 4-star resorts, and Swan Paradise was definitely the best of them. And it was only the second most expensive one. Staff is really great and kind. They daily change everything in the room. Breakfast is buffet style and has a lot of varieties. Internet was great (80-100Mbps download, upload was even higher). All of the pools are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Can be used all day. It is more beautiful in person than it is on the pictures. All in all, one of the best stays in our lives. Highly recommended.

The location is a little bit remote. Room had some wet-towell smell and had ants (but that is expected). Bathroom had door (the only reason we booked this type of room is because on pictures it had bathroom doors), but the door is not all the way to the ceiling - there was almost 1m gap, probably for ventilation. So, no privacy. Breakfast lacked good desserts. Their jams are not the best.

We had a wonderful stay at Swan Experience Bali! The hotel is beautiful and has several lovely pools, perfect for relaxing. Everything was clean and well taken care of, and the rooms were very comfortable. What really made our stay special was the amazing staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, always with a smile and ready to assist with anything we needed. A big thank you to Adi, who prepared the most perfect candlelight dinner for us. The setup was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the whole evening felt magical. Adi’s care and attention made it a moment we’ll never forget. If you’re visiting Bali, we highly recommend this place — great quality, relaxing atmosphere, and truly kind people.

This place is outstanding. The rooms are big and very comfortable, the attention to detail is great. From the flowers all over the place to the well kept environment, to the beautiful pool areas and excellent food (and cocktails). This place is special! I found the staff to be wonderful, they are so kind and polite, they literally make guests feel like family. Service was exemplary. I highly recommend staying here, you won’t regret it.

The gym. I know it’s not important to some, but the gym is outdated and all the equipment needs replacing. It didn’t spoil my stay, but a modernisation would bring it up the standards of everything else. ;) Also, please, a bigger cage for the Toucan bird. He/she looks very lonely and needs space to fly!

What a hidden gem this place is! Set over on the eastern side of Bali, in the small village of Saba, we really felt like we were in a quiet part of Bali, which is hard to com e by as a tourist! The best thing about the resort was the wonderful staff. The reception team were so accommodating, the restaurant team were always so friendly, and the housekeeping team were amazing too. You should be really proud of the team you have. There were a lot of new trainees there as it was off-season, and they were all amazing too. You'll have a great season with these staff! Really loved the Sunset Bar. They make an amazing iced mocha! We loved our spa treatments, would definitely recommend the massages. We could have solely stayed in the resort, there was always something to do! From tennis courts, to the spa, to the pool, restaurant and bar. They also arranged a cooking class for us, which was really fun!

The caged birds was the only thing we weren't too keen on as it felt like they didn't get enough stimulation.

The location was amazing (within the resort). Surrounded by jungle, it was nice to just sit and take in the view of nature and traditional balinese architecture. There were many pools that were all great for swimming in. The food was delicious and they had a lot of menu options. Staff were incredibly lovely. Very clean and spacious everywhere.

The loud obnoxious neighbours we had, not the resorts fault but was glad to leave them when we did.

The gardens are stunning. There is a wonderful view across the valley from the restaurant. The pools were all excellent. The staff were amazing. They all looked so smart, always said hello and smiled. The live music night was a lot of fun. We enjoyed the free shuttle into Ubud centre for the palace and water temple. Room service was very efficient and the cleaners were so discreet. My wife enjoyed the spa.

We checked in late and noticed next morning that our superior room was right next to another block that was being renovated, so there was noise. Those rooms also don't have a door on the bathroom, that we hadn't realized. However, at breakfast the guest experience manager asked us about our room and we explained our disappointment, so she upgraded us to a deluxe room with a great view straight away, which was excellent.

Beautiful location, gorgeous rooms very spacious very clean. Had a fantastic experience so comfortable and luxurious the best thing about the hotel was the staff and the service they were absolutely delightful so helpful on hand all the time to help with anything very responsive and kind and friendly. They even took the time to learn our names and Greta individually have to say that the staff absolutely made this day and can’t thank them enough. They really made us feel at home and taken care of.

Rooma were very nice anc clean (daily housekeeping). At any moment, extra towels were brought to pool. Resturant and room service were very professional and food was very delicious. Pools are really nice, there was always free sunbads on any of 3 pools in the resort. Spa is really good and comfort. And staff, I don't have a words for their kindness and positive energy. Resort itself is really beautiful, and it is well maintained, lot of plants around. Communication on Whats App was very quick and any question was answered in very short notice. I have enjoyed.

Shower in toilets are fixed (there is no shower hose), but I don't like it just because I'm used on shower hose (personnal affiliation), who has same shower won't observe this at all.

First of all we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of options(local and international). The staff were extremely friendly and were constantly asking us if everything was okay. They also have free transportation to some parts and beaches near the hotel. Our experience with the transportation was amazing since the driver made a lot of stops to many facilities and showed us around(it felt like a tour honestly), he was super friendly and we couldn’t be more satisfied with that. Would totally recommend it to anybody that wants a quiet place next to nature. I wish we knew all that from the beginning so we would book more days to the same hotel!
