Andalucían style hotel, really nice. Comfortable beds, and really clean. Personal super friendly.

Bar is open from 16:00-00:00, meaning that during the day, you can't go and grab a beer or something to refresh. Charging parking 15 Euros (although the entire stay, we were parking on the street). The facilities in the room could be improved, it is good, but bathroom should be remodeled.

We read a lot of reviews until to make the reservation and we discovered that a lot of negative things were solved. The room, terrace and bathroom are big. It wasn't any bad smell. They clean the room every day. The hotel architecture is picturesque. So, from our point of view everything was fine. We visited the Matalascanas beach and it was amazing.

Is far from the beach, but we went by car. You don't have diversity regarding food.

Beautiful room with high ceilings, bath, nice views from the terrace, comfortable bed, helpful staff and extraordinarily cheap considering how nice it is and how comfortable the bed

The food, particularly for breakfast, cannot be described as high-quality. Some of it was awful, but some of it was fine. We all found something that we liked and really considering the price it wouldn’t be fair to expect better.

It felt like the hotel was quite new, so everything was in good condition. Staff was very friendly and could manage speaking English pretty well. Our stay was definitely value for money during off-season (we were there in Feb), not crowded at all and quite peaceful. The hotel restaurant we used wasn't too big so maybe there's another one at the premises they open up during the main season?

I would prefer if there was a gym in the hotel, if I were to stay for more than one night.

Hotel is kept in good condition although the outdated furniture. Depending on occupancy, the hotel arranges a-la-carte or buffet for dinner. The latter quality is just OK.

My room was big and very quiet, I love it

The lifts weren't working when I arrived and staff members charge different amounts for the same service like breakfast and bottle of water

A really beautiful place. A confortable room for 2 people, clean, with the basic amenities needed. The staff very professional and kind. I lived there so much time and I came back for vacations. Definitely, I would come back to that hotel.

Breakfast was the same during all the days we stayed, it wasn’t bad though but more variety would be appreciated

Superb customer service at reception, large attractive room in pretty cortijo-style patio, excellent buffet dinner and breakfast. We loved the sustainability policy with no single use plastic to be seen!

Nice breakfast and staff were very helpful. Pool area is relaxing and the bedrooms are spacious. 20 minute walk to the beach.

Pool off limits until 11am.
