This motel represents a very good value in this day and age. The motel is older and the owner has.and continues to make updates: they have new, matresses, heating/ac units, t.v.'s, excellent security locks on entrance to room, paint, shower heads and resurface the tubs. The furniture is older somewhat worn and scheduled for replacement as money permits. The room was clean and oder free. We would stay again. We paid $64.xx. There no breakfast, I did not see a pool; it's not that kind of motel. I do not recall about wifi; we had our own - you have check/ask. It's easy access. They appeal to the working man and woman. Which is fine for us. The motel is not fancy BUT a VERY GOOD place to relax, unwind and lay your head. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We are husband and wife, retired, no children nor pets and traveling North to South for the winter. As I said: we would stay again.

Obviously, there was nothing to dislike. The owner takes pride in his motel and working make it nice place stay, dispite the fact that is a older style motel. It has drive-up to your room parking and outside entrance.

We were on the ground floor, that was nice. The folks that run it are super nice! Plus their mascot Milo, the dog is so sweet!!! If we ever come back thru Dodge, this is where we will stay.

I was worried about road noise as mentioned in another review, but it wasn't a problem.

Good value. Room was comfortable. Great location, close to restaurants. Have already booked another night's stay next time were in town for the night.

The owner was extremely cordial and welcoming. The rooms were very clean and just right for the trip we were on.

The outlets. However, it is an older motel, and the spacing aren't what they would be if it had been a newer one.

We have stayed at this motel several times. We can always expect clean rooms and friendly service, much better than the Choice and Wyndham units we stayed at recently.

Nice clean room and property. The room and bed were clean and comfortable. Friendly and welcoming staff. We only spent one night, but are looking forward to returning.

We never really know what to expect when staying at a place as inexpensive as this hotel, but it was great. Our room was clean, and the owner who checked us in was very friendly. I would deffinatly stay here again.

Fast, solid WIFI. Clean rooms.

Minimal complimentary toiletries, e.g. there was no mini soap. Very noisy AC. Towels too small. Ice machine broken.

There was no breakfast. Location was good but had traffic noise.

We could have used a few more electric plug-ins.

nice clean comfy room no coffee machine but had microwave so was able to make coffee good for a over night stay
