The hotel is very new and the room was clean with comfortable beds and seating. We ate in the room and appreciated the little side table with the sofa. I always like Holiday Inn Express breakfasts--the best cinnamon rolls ever--the packaged omlets a little dry, but OK. A lot of choices and Chobani yogurt :-). Views of the old downtown from our window.

All these newer Holiday Inn Express hotels are very poorly lit inside. We're seniors and really needed a lot more light--especially over the coffee area--coudn't read instructions of the machine, etc. because it was so dark.

We were booked somewhere else, but when we went to check in, they wouldn’t allow our dog! They had confirmed our reservation, so it was quite a shock! After an hour of discussion, they finally canceled our reservation and refunded the money. We then booked at Holiday Inn. They welcomed us, even had a treat for our dog! It saved the day for us!

Hotel was fantastic, very clean very good selection for breakfast, great location for sightseeing, and the staff were very helpful and polite.

Only one moan we had a room for four people and when we got to our room they only catered for 3 people, towels, coffee, creamers etc, and everything the room was cleaned, back to 3 of everything again .

We arrived early to find that Booking. Com messed up our reservation. But Taylor at the front desk went to extra measures to try to correct the mistake and make sure we had the correct rooms for several members of our family who were traveling. Thanks Taylor!

Breakfast was excellent. We especially enjoyed talking with Charlie Meade, a true US Deputy Marshall who has lived in Dodge City most of his life if not all of it. He was really informative about the history of the town and the surrounding area. This Hotel invites him to have coffee in the mornings and visit with tourists. A real gem!

Very quiet, clean, spacious room! The breakfast was very good to wake up to! Great selection of items to eat. Parking was plentiful, and the location was very close to wherever we needed to go.

The ice maker on the 4th floor was out of order. It was very hot that day and available ice was very needed.

The people are so friendly. Gave us great ideas for what to do during our stay. During breakfast, we met Charlie Meade. He was in the lobby in an old west uniform talking to the guest. This made our stay. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable.

We had hoped to use the pool but it was closed for repainting.

Great room and location. Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean and new decor. Nice breakfast options. Great location to walk to the Front Street replica and relive history.

This is a very popular place so it's a bit noisy and crowded at breakfast times. That's what happens at the best locations.

We were 2 couples sharing a room. We asked about splitting the bill on 2 separate cards when we checked in. We were told we could do it when we checked out. When we checked out the next morning, we were told they could not split it, the manager would have to do it and she would not be there for another 1 1/2 hours.
