Our request for a top floor room was granted and it exceeded our expectations in every way! We found it to be clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was generous and kept well-stocked. The jet tub was a last minute idea as this was the end of a month long road trip and so we really needed to rest and unwind. The room was quiet (except for some nearby July 5th neighborhood fireworks!) and well-appointed. We had nothing but great experiences with Comfort Suites during this trip. I will make a point of booking Comfort Suites on all of our future trips. They were consistently great in all locations we booked. Thank you!

The fireworks so close by in the neighborhood were loud and percussive.

Have stayed here multiple times and each time there was an issue with either the television or the thermostat but the staff promptly fixes the problem or moved my room so that I was in a room with working amenities. The spa tub was enjoyable but I did have to clean it first because it was apparent that no maintenance cleaning was done on the jets. Turned it on and black sediment shot out the first time I went to use it. I ran cleaner through the jets so I could enjoy the spa tub and it was then perfect. The rooms are soundproof compared to other places in town. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is a bit boring but was enjoyable way to pass some time

Great that Comfort Inn made up for Booking.com losing my reservation.

Nothing wrong with the property but Booking.com screwed the reservation up, it was never there. Fortunately Comfort Inn was able to get me the rooms I needed. And it’s impossible to get hold of Booking to get help. I’m done using them.

The room was the nicest hotel room we've seen. Everything was perfect, right down to the flexible reading lights attached to the bedside wall sconces.

Mixed fruit bowl with breakfast, but I haven't seen this at any hotel for the past few years.

Breakfast was good. Hot items were available. Would have liked a little more vsriety of bread items. Room was nice and clean.

Room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. The people working at the front desk were helpful with information on the area (restaurants, etc). Located close to the Boot Hill Casino.

Water pressure in the shower could have been better. Didn't have the option to pay cash for the room.

We went to eat breakfast at 830. The hot food containers were empty except for a few sausage patties. Did not see anyone around so we left to eat elsewhere.

Our second key did not work. Went to the front desk 2 times, once at 5:00 pm and once at 10:15 pm, both times a sign was out “will be back in 5 minutes “, waited more than 5 minutes and no one showed up.

Friendly greeting from staff. I arrived late and desk person called me by name. Room was spacious and bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the eating and serving areas were comfortable and organized. It was located near the casino, and had easy entry. One of the best places I have ever stayed. I may plan another trip to Dodge city just to stay here!

Wish I could have spent more time.

We needed to cancel our dates several times because my sister was taken to hospital on her trip & the desk staff was very good & caring to accommodate her when she needed to travel after getting out of hospital. Thank you!!!

Rooms were nice and beds were comfortable.

The breakfast was somewhat lacking compared to other places we stay. No fresh fruit. Also the bathroom door when open swings too close to the stool.
