Everything: from the prosecco for breakfast... to the heated indoor swimming pool... big jaccuzzi outside... asian food... huge buffet.. plenty of salads, vegetables, selection of cheese, lot of fruits, desserts, meat, fish, pizza, pasta... tasty wine, beer and softdrinks. Excellent job made by the entertainment team! Daily room cleaning, fast check-in.

Hotel was super clean and fresh, staff friendly although not many spoke English. Rich selection of food - very fresh, various, very tastey. Just by the beach, we could hear the waves in our room

Smoking - unfortunately a lot of People smoke on balconies and by the pool - which was very unpleasant;

breakfast was beautiful plenty of options and a wonderful sea view restaurant. coffee was very good and if you are going with your family you will have a wonderfull time you don't even need to leave the hotel during the day. Rooms were very clean and they were cleaned very early in the morning.

Parking is a problem hotel should be providing free parking but they charge extra, we booked a room with 1 two person bed and 1 single person bed but they gave us a room with 1 two person bed and a couch and there are no sunbeds on the beach it would be better if there was

We had the best experience! The staff was amazing and even organised a surprise set up, a cake with candle and champagne for my birthday! The room was kept clean and we found towel/paper decorations on the bed every day. The view was breathtaking! Sooo close to the sea😍 The food was perfect and with many many options to choose from🥰 We highly recomend to take a My favourite Club room, the facilities of having a privite zone for eating, an entire snack bar lounge available all day, a privite pool area and the actual room in itself, definitly worth the price!

Nothing to complain! For a 4star hotel, you definitly have a 5star experience❤️

The management around the swimming pool. I had to guard my towels because if you are away from your sunbed for too long staff or other guests could remove your towels. Once my sunbeds disappeared it was really annoying. You go to relax at the end not to guard towels and sunbeds.

Beautiful view, big and clean rooms, friendly staff, clean pool and good breakfast

- pushy photographer, he didn’t ask if we would like our photos taken and them he tried to push us to pay 39 leva for 3 pictures - no safe, robe and slippers in the room. These could be offered by buying and extra package and I think this is not ok for a 4 star hotel. - there were lots of options for lunch and dinner but the majority of the meats didn’t taste the greatest - diluted fruit juices at the snack bar

Excellent facilities, nice view, very tasty food, friendly and polite personnel in the restaurant. But in the restaurant ONLY!

Terrible attitude at the reception- arrogant, unhelpful and making nasty comments when asked for help. I would suggest if these people are unhappy with their job to better quit instead of creating bad image for the hotel. I was dissatisfied of their service per phine and on the spot too. Another thing I disliked is the parking- one should pay 15bgn a day for parking that is even not secured. Doesn‘t communicate high-end hotel to me!

We travelled with our 4 year old, had a very nice stay. There is a pool for small kids, which she enjoyed. There were activities for children as well, during the evening too, around 20:00, they had dances which gave the parents a little time to relax as well. The rooms were very big and clean, the pools and the entire hotel very clean. The food was enough, you had quite enough to choose from The beach was right in front of the hotel, had to walk like 2 minutes with clean sand and the water was not that deep so kids could go in. Overall, the price versus the services and the facilities was more than fair and we will come again in the future.

the hotel doesn't have enough parking spots for their guests ( maybe 30 spots ), you pay a spot near hotel with no security on site. No iron board or iron in the room...you have to go to the Reception and ask for that and they give you one iron for 1 hour ( 4 star hotel !! ). For 4 stars hotel you should have at least beach chairs and umbrelas included, to stay on the beach not just around the pool , but NO...if you want that you have to pay extra 7 leva every day . It is a diferent company that has those .

The location of the hotel is magnificent. It is on the seashore on the first line. And behind you can see the marvellous mountains. They have real Coca-Cola, Sprite. Not the fake ones. The personnal is very polite, and our room was cleaned every day. If you have a room with the seaview in the morning you can see a picturesque sunrise. The beach is totally clean and the hotel cares about it daily. The food is really delicious. One day we had a national Bulgarian food day, and it was amazing.

The animation team is good, but I would like they make more interesting evening animation. Because it's rather dull and not engaging. I would prefer the warmer water in the pool
