Very nice common facilities with lounges indoors and out, bar area, dining room, (kids play area, although we don’t have kids), swimming pool (not heated, hint to management- think Solar!) room was nice size, interesting with separate room for toilet. Staff spoke English and was friendly. Breakfast was excellent.

Far away from downtown, and taxi is about 20 Euros each way. Little parking downtown, so didn’t really leave the property. We did eat dinner on property and it was good.

This is the second time I stayed at Novotel Narbonne Sud with my husband & 2 kids (ages 9yrs & 14yrs). We previously came during Covid in 2021, so of course it was a lot more relaxed this time! It's a modern, clean hotel with an an excellent pool, daily cleaning, friendly staff, decent breakfast & free parking - very good value. It's a slightly strange location in an industrial area off the motorway, but there is an excellent organic supermarket 'Grand Frais' nearby as well as a few fast food places (KFC, McDonalds) which makes a change from eating out at pricey restaurants with kids. The famous 'Grand Buffet' is only a 12min walk away too. The hotel is landscaped really well surrounded by trees & shrubs such that the location is disguised somewhat. Gruissan beach and Narbonne beach are around a 20-25min drive away. There is an good beachside restaurant at Gruissan called 'La Paparrazzo' and a fantastic seafood restaurant at the other end of Gruissan beach for freshly caught oysters, prawns, langoustines etc called 'La Perle Gruissanaise'. A great stay overall!

The second sofa bed was a little uncomfortable and the room was on the small size for a family of 4 (though this is probably reflected in the competitive price).

The Hotel is not too far from City center, easy access from the Highway, easy to park

a little far from the city center, there are no commerce or restaurant near by , a bit isolated, you need to take the car to go everywhere

Secure parking was a must with a swimming pool, unfortunately did not have time to use the pool.However only a 12 minute journey into the centre so all good.Everything else was great kettle etc in the room with a safe with great AC as it was very very hot.Comfortable stay did not use any of the facilities but very good stay .

all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The location is ideal for a stopover on the way to Spain. sufficient parking outside and only a short way to the old town of Narbonne by car.

The hotel is good if you are travelling and need to stay close the motorway.

The food i didnt like it we had the grill and the meat was very bad, my daugther has pasta and it was bad too, the staff were overloaded and they didnt treat us nicely for diner.

Clearly has had a reverb in the last year, a very good transit hotel with an excellent breakfast
