It was easily our best stay in years! The hotel is exceptional. The food is very tasty with lots of delis, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the rooms are nice and clean. Alcohol is imported and limitless, there are fancy cocktails and a good selection of strong drinks. We really liked that despite the hotel being full it didn't feel like that. There were enough sun loungers at any time of the day and enough tables during the dinner. The territory has many bars and cafes, and they are never too crowded. We liked that there was both a beach and a pier, and the pier has its own bar and far fewer kids around. Overall strong 10/10, with no serious issues at all!

The animation could be better, but since we were mostly interested in quiet relaxation, this wasn't a problem. On our first night we stayed in the room near to the lobby bar and it was a bit noisy, but the room was changed with no questions asked the next morning. The only issue was the lack of waiters in the main restaurant during breakfasts and dinners, so we had to get the drinks ourselves.

The staff of the front desk apart from Halimi the others were arrogant and rude and we seen one of them talk to a holiday maker in a manner that upset us all. Abdul kadir is a lovely man and it's shame all the rest of the front desk staff are so arrogant and rude they definetly let resort down and I am sure others have voiced the same concerns. It's a lovely resort but the staff on the. Front desk need sorting ou,Halimi and Abdul kadir your the best well done for giving us more confidence.

We loved everything about the resort. The staff,Food,cleanliness all 5star. i would definitely go again next year. 5star means 5star. We loved it.

Our room was large and clean. It had a comfortable bed and great shower. The staff were great especially Jacqueline at reception who was friendly and helpful. We had a long wait for our flight after check out time and instead of waiting at the airport Jacqueline told us we could wait in comfort at the resort and still continue to have something to eat and drink at no charge. The front of house manager, Taner, was also friendly and helpful and our room cleaning lady not only did a great job but was always smiling and friendly. We enjoyed the buffet at the main restaurant and there are several a la carte places to eat which cost 15 Euro extra but well worth it. There were plenty of activities at the resort to entertain people of all ages.

Wifi was sometimes a bit hit and miss. Spa staff a little too pushy trying to sell their services.

Location is good

Animation team was missing or canceling activities even though it was planned. My parents were 10 minutes late for the beginning of activity and animation team said that the whole activity is already over so we had to come back the next day and look for animation lead to start the activity. Took almost 20 minutes but finally it took place Guest relation made it so complicated with the booking dinner at the restaurant so we had to wait for 3 days to have a welcome dinner with my parents. Don’t recommend to go at the end of the season as the buffet every day was similar and there weren’t much of a choice . Also was surprised to see just one type of fish for every dinner, Mediterranean kitchen should have more seafood choice selection.

The whole hotel seems very new and modern. Everything is super clean and the staff is very nice and welcoming and ready to support you with any needs. The food in the main restaurant is really good, a big variety of foods in the buffet. Additionally there are a LA carte restaurant you can book. We chose the Italian one and it was excellent. The pool, beach and aqua restaurant provide various dishes throughout the day, while the main restaurant is closed. You will never starve ☀️😂 Different shows every evening and activities during the day. The drinks and bars are also really good. Special thanks to the reception and main officer who helped us a lot. We will for sure stay again in this wonderful hotel.

Superb check in. Fabulous pool. Fantastic staff. Great location. Always spotless.

No dark rum!! Balcony in our room, if I sat on the balcony I was looking at a concrete wall despite lovely view if I stood up. Loud entertainment till midnight too close to rooms. Not everyone wants to be up late every night. Mini bar is hardly worth it.

Perfect staff, good and various food, excellent drinks

:) the room number= 1039... the keycard.... it was more bad than good. Bathroom shower let hot water and ice cold water back and forth...during one week can not solved the problems. The early breakfast is comfortable e.g. the really early transfers

Good conditions, the hotel also tries to do anything for guests. For example there were an Octoberfest and it was really cool and cosy! Great rooms, small area allows you to get to the sea in 3 minutes

At the check in - a friend wanted to come with me to the bar.. it was not allowed.. and i had to left one day before and asked to pay me the one night back.. they say no - it is non ref.. that was not okay..
