We had a really bad 1st day to out holiday our original hotel was shut down so when we booked this it was last minute the women on reception was really nice gave us the option of rooms on ground floor as we had children with us the staff was really friendly and helpful and was always happy to see us and the kids it was really nice

Pillows and bedding could be more comfortable but was okay wasnt the worst nor the best

Nice and clean swiming pools. Restaurant served diversed and tasty meals. Food was fresh and fulfilled all the time, so even at the end of the serving hours there was a lot of things to choose. Staff was constantly at the spot and very helpful. I liked the great amount of plants all over the outside hotel area. Perfect aircondition. Nice offer of additional activities provided by an animater, especially for kids. Ours vere delighted with a mini disco provided every evening. The quality of services compared with the price was very satisfying.

The hotel is not a brand new and sometimes it is visible that the rooms and facilities need to be renewed. Bathroom was poorly vented. I suggest avoiding the garden floor room because of the same reason. Not sufficient ventilation there causes not pleasant moldy smell. In the rooms on upper floors there was no such problems.

I booked the Erem Hotel Apartment, Gardens. I was on a budget and therefore expected a budget hotel. It was far from budget, and it was absolutely beautiful in every way. I arrived very late at night, despite that there was staff on 24-7 who helped me with my cases and showed me around and basically taught me the basics of where everything was. The apartment for one person. I was a lone traveller,it was was absolutely huge, I've never stayed in such a huge apartment, i had a living area, a double balcony, a kitchenette area, bathroom was huge, bedroom beautifully made, bedding, beautiful towels, everything was so clean. I opened the balcony and I was literally looking over onto one of the four gorgeous pools and and it was just so peaceful and quiet, I've never been to a hotel before where you don't have to put your towel out and I was thinking, do I reserve a sunbed?lol It was literally me, yes it was early in the season but wow.  All the apartments are on one side and the gardens everywhere are beautiful, across the road, which is a proper crossing, is where the pools are, where it has water slides etc for the children, again beautiful, all done in mosaic, dolphins at the bottom, absolutely so clean. Eating area, beautiful, absolutely wonderful food, the food, I can not fault. The chefs took such prid. How it was all inclusive and the apartment for the price, just all fresh produce, they produced a lot of their own produce on site, you cannot fault, you cannot fault, it was beautiful. Always on an afternoon, even if you didn't go up  to have coffee and cakes, they were brought to you . Food for every nationality really, we're catered for. And if there was something u liked but didn't have the next day, I was there for you. And other guests said the same. I felt loiked after truely.

Nothing I can't fault anything. Everything was fab!

The hotel consists of 2 parts, each on a different side of the road - my opinion concerns the main part. The hotel is pleasant if you don't expect too much. For this price it is really worth staying in this hotel. The pools are nice, the apartments are comfortable, although very poorly equipped - you have to ask at the reception if something is missing and then they will deliver it to your room. The restaurant serves delicious dishes.

The offer of this hotel on Booking is completely unrelated to reality when you arrive. There is practically nothing from the extensive list of equipment. This did not bother me, because I did not need a stove or toaster, but someone may feel disappointed. Besides, it would be nice if the technical service fixed a few things in the hotel. Overall, there is nothing to complain about.

We stayed at Irem Garden for 32 days. We were able to stay that long because of its great affordable price. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment and it was huge. The kitchen has a gas stove, many pot and pans, utensils, plates, cups, a kettle- everything you need for a long stay. They provide toilet paper, hand soap and room towels, but you need to bring your own beach towels and shampoo. They clean the room is every three days. The staff of the hotel is great. Manager Mustafa is very friendly and speaks perfect English. He was very helpful and fulfilled all our requests within one day. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, but they provide transportation upon request. The beach bartender Ismail was also very nice. The beach bar is beautiful, you can enjoy fresh juice, ice-cream or a beer looking at the sea. The beach itself is great. It has nice sand, comfortable sea entry, free sun beds and umbrellas for Irem’s guests. The location is very quiet but only a 15-minute walk away from Side’s main plaza with many restaurants and stores, and a 25-minute walk away from Ancient Side-which by the way is gorgeous. There are a couple of restaurants and small supermarkets a 5-minute walk away from the hotel as well. Overall, if you a looking for an affordable accommodation in a quiet location and don’t expect it to be a 5-star hotel, you will enjoy your stay.

They only provide Wi-fi in the lobby (which has several couches), but it doesn’t work in the rooms (and it is not supposed to) . It worked a little bit in one of our rooms, so kids were able to watch Youtube a little when the signal was ok, but don’t count on it. I understand that it is expensive for them to provide free Wi-fi for the rooms and keep their current prices. However, they just made a new Wi-Fi network for the rooms but it is an extra charge. So you have this option if you really need internet.

Clean, comfortable, extremely friendly staff, great pools, really good value for money. Close to the beach. Loads of free sun beds and umbrellas at the beach and free drinks. Manager went above and beyond! Walking distance to old Side and lots of restaurants! Aircon worked very well-Highly recommended!

Few things didn’t work- washing machine/ toaster but the things they could replace they did very quickly. Things are a bit worn eg marks on the sofa/ door frame in bathroom but honestly it didn’t reduce our comfort and so reasonably priced with such genuinely lovely staff that you barely notice

Pool was super, and not too busy. Staff were brilliant and very helpful, even got us discounted trips where others were taking bug commissions

The food was a little disappointing, but was cooked fine, just lacked choice. Possibly not ideal for young children

When we booked the hotel, we did not order breakfast. However, when we settled in, we changed our minds and we not only ordered breakfast, but also had dinner at the hotel. It was very tasty and not expensive. The hotel rooms consist of two rooms and a kitchen, i.e. are apartments. The hotel is located in a very quiet place, almost no cars, few people and very beautiful. The beach is about 1.5 km away, the hotel has its own beach. The sea is shallow, ideal for children. The well-preserved remains of the ancient city of Side are about 2 km away, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the same area. I advise everyone to visit this place.

Do not know what to say... The prices are rather high in nearby restorants.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We had our apartment cleaned 2 times in one week but they were asking daily if we need cleaning. The towels were changes often and the staff was really paying attention to us and our needs. The food was tasty, the atmosphere was positive and we enjoyed our stay there even if before booking we had some hesitations due to some reviews. Actually we had a nice holiday here and we would return.

The only not so positive aspect is the outdated equipments but everything was working properly, we had no issue.

Everythig was good ! Room was clean and comfortable, the food delicius , and there is lot of space in the garden and on the pool ... Ther is no craud, that is important to mi :) The beach is close and the sataff is nice. Good price. See you next year !
