Good WiFi in rooms, breakfast, clean pool, good territory, cool hotel for that price!

The hotel was in a quiet location with plenty of places to eat and drink close by. The pool area was peaceful with plenty of sun loungers. The staff and owner were helpful and friendly and made us feel comfortable. The chef was amazing. (He needs a pay rise 😂) Creating tasty food for different nationalities must be difficult. The air con worked well. I would recommend this hotel and book again if we return to Side.

The staff!! Brilliant, esp the cleaning lady....luved her to bits. Receptionist staff very accomodating and listened and acted about my complaints. Even got lift to bus stop to Antalya. Suuuuuper!! Pool excellent. 99% respectful and considerate guests. Breakfast huuuuuuge but should cater to customers who possibly want an alternative to Turkish breakfast...

Room 406 was decent, but small. Televison just showing a few TV programmes in Turkish. Not enough sockets to plug in mobile, laptop etc. Was moved to 216 because I insisted to be moved coz of noisy, inconsiderate neighbour. 216 was veeeery basic, 1 !! socket, fridge too small and not cool enough, twin bed mattresses too soft. Air condition super loud. Breakfast: please please get fresh fruit, non dairy alternatives!! You mostly got European customers who would certainly appreciate a lighter, healthier breakfast alternative. And finally: Bring your own towels to the pool n don't take them to the beach?? Never ever heard that before and it is nonsense.

The hosts were incredibly hospitable and they all had an excellent attitude. It's a lovely family run hotel located 15 mins walk away to the beach and old town. It's located in a residential area around other hotels. The bedroom is furnished to a high standard and the bathroom is very clean and new. I visited in July and required air-con as it was over 35° during the day. The air-con worked really well and I slept very well. The bed was very comfortable. There is a little fridge in the room but it's completely silent so it doesn't disturb your sleep especially if you're a light sleeper. I met many different families and individuals that were travelling from various countries and enjoyed sitting around in the evening singing or enjoying the atmosphere. The outdoor pool is cleaned daily and perfect to sunbathe around or go for a refreshing swim. I extended my stay as I preferred Side over other parts of Antalya and enjoyed the food served in the evenings and breakfast was delicious. There was a different menu each day. When I first arrived at the hotel I was feeling a little unwell as I found Antalya city very humid. The hosts really looked after me and I'll definitely be visiting them again in the near future. 

The pillows were little firm but when I asked for some softer ones they gave me some extras. I don't have anything negative to say about the hotel.

Beach is not really walking distance for me, but they have shuttle transportation for free. Therefore, this was not a problem.

At the hotel Bellissima - in total 6 nights, 3 respective stays within 2 weeks - I experienced a superb ambience, a sort of melange of a hotel, a shared flat and a co-living house learning a bit, a bit and a bit more about its staff (Chinara bayan, Güllü bayan, Yana bayan, Necmettin bey, Cenap bey and mr. Gardener…Kadir bey), family (Kedim, Nelli and Kadir)and friends/guests (e.g., Melli, Radazan …). In a nutshell: - the information given by the hotel and the booking.com corresponded to what I as guest expected: no frills, simple but friendly, compfy, clean, good food (meat lovers will love the food:-)), quiet. - super location. A pivot where you can optimise pleasantly your mobility radius on foot, by public or private transportation services: very near as wellas far enough to all those so-called tourist attractions in Side and its vicinities. - once a spontaneous, but amiable chat about Turkey, food:-), love and inter-human relation/ship, the political, the socio-cultural or ' just because… 'sort of stuff suddenly springs up, I hope that you, Booking bookers:), will enjoy how it suddenly stops, resumes and continues… An unique souvenir from the hotel Bellissima that you would like to bring with you back home:-).

I loved my stay at Bellissima! It is a family run hotel and it is like a home from home! Every one of the staff were kind and they made my stay as comfortable as possible. It has a warm and relaxed atmosphere, so much so that some days, I was happy to just stay by the lovely, clean pool and soak up the sun....My room was immaculately clean & I had a balcony with a good view and a large fridge which was excellent. Kadir & Nelli were super people and always happy to help. Kadir eveh helped with my transfer to the airport. The food was delicious. I would highly recommend staying at Bellissima. It had one of the highest ratings on booking.com and it certainly lived up to my expectations. I would love to go back to this hotel in the future and I wish them every success for the future as they truly deserve it :-)

It was an excellent stay. Good breakfast and dinner every day. Our room was very cozy and nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We (2 adults, 3 kids) were given a very nice, newly renovated apartment with 3 rooms and 2 balconies in a separate building, ca. 100m from the main building - where the reception, pool, bar, etc are situated. We were very positively surprised to find such a nice apartment with new furniture and completely new and equipped kitchen with big fridge. The rooms were large, clean and nicely decorated, the design (walls/doors/curtaines) did all match perfectly, it surely deserves more than 3 stars! The location is quite, we did not have any noise. The hotel is located a little bit out of the Side center or main beach, where all the big hotels are. It offers a shuttle bus to/from the nice hotel beach (not the overrun Side main beach) but we actually did not use it because of the timing/kids, so we went to the main Side beach, it's like 25 min. walk. Not far from the hotel there is a country market every Tuesday, that was also fun. There are also some supermarkets and vegetable/fruit shop in 5 min walk, there you can find everything you need. The breakfast was nice and good, I found it delicious and also every day changing. We only had breakfast and got our late dinner a la carte in the bar- it was also very good. This point is it depends on one's personal attitude: if one is accustomed to spend vacations in 5+ stars all inclusive hotels and have an astronomic choice 24h a day, one might miss it. The pool is clean and nice, it gets cleaned every day. The hotel is not too small and not too big, it's a nice family-run hotel like in good old days! For us it was a very relaxing vacation, we enjoyed the stay, the Turkish cuisine and the healthy sea. We would like to come back again one day.
