Parking lot right in front of the hotel with sufficient capacity, friendly reception staff who will provide you with all the necessary information immediately, self-checking is possible in case of late arrival thanks to the access system. The rooms are spacious and very well cleaned. Wifi works to satisfaction. The dinner was also quite good, the service was very nice. The price/quality ratio of services is excellent 😉

The remote control for the TV didn't work in my room. The breakfast food selection was only average. The soundproofing of the windows is rather weak.

In the very centre of the nice historic Town. Very good service and the Staff were very nice and smiling. Good value for money and even free parking. Breakfast with egg and bacon was tasty and even included.

Itwas difficult to take a shower, the stand was broken, and the shower head kept falling out. The shower head itself was also damaged.

Good location for transit guests just near the main motorway from eastern Czech border to Brno. Good breakfast which is included.

Stayed for a sleep over on a business trip. Comfortable room, good breakfast. Enjoyable stay. The reception staff was super friendly. The breakfast waitress felt a bit “tired” when we asked for a coffee from the bar machine instead of the breakfast automat. But finally agreed, sorted out and paid for successfully - full satisfaction.

Arkada provided a great breakfast, the restaurant was open Friday and Saturday (although closed Thurs. nite when we arrived). Most desk staff and the Restaurant manager spoke some, or quite a bit of, English (useful since Czech language skills are difficult to acquire).

Like most hotels in the world, the mattresses were just barely OK and probably need a shorter replacement cycle.

It was a good hotel

We arrived late would have been good to have had a couple of bottles of water in the room. Luckily we had half a bottle each from the plane!!

Room was clean, brekfast was good. Staff nice.

Logging in (and out) takes too much time and effort through alfred, or what ever it name was.

The staff was super and very helpful. Hotel is in a great location. Very clean. Great shower.

No AC or fan for the day when it was really hot

Very central and comfortable. The lady in the reception was very nice and serviceminded. Free parking and fast food and restaurants very close.
