Rooms were beautiful and comfy, kitchen had coffee and tea. Staff was helpful with check-in and my whole stay was pleasant. We will come again for sure.

The location in the area felt bit unsafe, but that's something that is not staff fault/they cannot affect that. So overall good place, I recommend taking a bolt if you are coming alone, as a woman I wouldn't walk alone, especially around night.

Everything about the hotel itself was fine. It is a newly built hotel, it's clean, comfortable, modern and everything worked. The staff were helpful and friendly and some nice touches such as being able to buy the hotel's home brewed beer in the reception and the possibility of free transport to the town centre.

The advertised wellness centre was closed and on all the nights we were there, the hotel bar was being used for private functions. The location was, let's say, interesting and only a 15-20 walk to the city centre but people should be aware it's right in the middle of the area of the city known as the Brno Bronx, or Brnonx as it's known locally, and it certainly is rough around the edges to put it mildly.. This wasn't a problem for us as we actually wanted to see this suburb as there's some interesting street art there but some may find the area a bit scary, though we never felt unsafe there.

Nice, cozy room with kitchen included, large bed, office desk, balcony and bath. The booking allows you to use the pool next to the hotel bar which is a quite area inside a building complex. Pool opens at 7am every day however the staff was a bit angry when I asked at 8:30 if I can enter. Staff is usually very very busy at every hour. I didn't quite understand why.

Staff is mostly busy, tries to be friendly though but during their availability at the reception they barely look at you or say "hi". Apparently busy with very, very important tasks at every hour

This accommodation went above my expectation: 1. Room: spacious room with comfortable bed, small kitchen, table and chair to eat, table and chair for computer. 2. Building: very safe and secure, every door including the insight ones needs to be opened by the chip received at the reception. 3. Wellness: really nice hot sauna and steam sauna, outside pool, nice relaxing room with comfortable beds. Also a very well equipped fitness. 4. Location: after reading the reviews here, I was a bit scared and expected the worst. However it was not that bad, the tram stop is just 3 minutes from the hotel, as well as Albert and the hotel main door gets open only by the lady at the reception after seeing who is behind. I was feeling much safer here than in another accommodation in the city center. 5. Breakfast & restaurant area: great atmospheric restaurant area where breakfast is being served. Enough choice for breakfast and there was a free welcome drink. :) 6. Staff: very friendly and nice.

The only small thing would be, that I am used to sleep in a complete darkness, so I would appreciate in addition an extra curtains, but the blinds were sufficient at the end. :)

The hotel was very nice, clean, the staff forthcoming. The room spacious,clean and also ideal for a longer stay. The bed comfy and clean. I can say only positives about the hotel itself.

The neighbourhood was very questionable, solo travelers, be careful. I didn't feel safe going out after dark. It gets better 1 street over, but this one was all sorts of red flags.

It is a nice hotel with the value. They gave us a voucher of their other hotels spa and we used it. Spa hotel is around 850 m away and they have a free taxi between them. The room was clean and everything was working well. The stuff is friendly and helpful. Bed sheets were clean and towels as well. Room was big enough for 2 people

We had a car parking costed extra 11 euro but totally worth it because the neighbourhood is a bit strange and full of gypsy people. I live in Prague normally but never seen such people before. The bathroom didnt have a shower socket and you need to hold it all the time. Bathtub has no curtains or sth so all the water goes outside and bathrooms is full of water. Please adjust that part.

The hotel is located approx. 15 minutes from the city center, but still in a good walking distance. This is an excellent place to stay if you are traveling for business or prefer to have a well-equipped kitchen while traveling. Breakfast was good :)

The hotel has great facilities (pool, gym, etc.) and that compensates for a bit sketchy street.

I liked our apartment a lot. I didn't expect it to be so spacious, clean, and comfortable. Receptionists were very nice and helpful. Their designated taxi driver was very kind and taxi to the city centre is free of charge. They also pick you up and bring you back to the hotel. Big bonus is their private parking on site, which you need to book and pay but it's better if you do.

The area itself where the hotel is located...it's just didn't look safe.

The room was cozy and spacious, it included a fridge, oven/microwave, kettle and the whole kitchen - one room where the beds were too. The receptionist was nice and helpful. You can use also a swimming pool which is a part of the hotel in the yard - not completely big and the guests of the bar can watch you while swimming but if you are not shy, it’s nice. There was a free welcome drink. The hotel offers a free taxi to the city center (and maybe even back if you use their restaurants).

The location is the biggest disadvantage if you are easily scared person. Even though it’s around 15 minutes walking from the train station, the hotel is located in a district where you can feel uncomfortable because of the people living there. However, there are no accidents so I still recommend it and you can always use the taxi.

A stay in eFi Palace is always amazing! Friendly personnel, greatly equipped rooms (with kitchenette) and the free taxi service to the center make every stay comfortable. Also gated parking is a great plus!

Although the location is a bit sketchy, you'll never veel unsafe.
