Breakfast was excellent. We really enjoyed it. There was lots of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was beautiful.

There was nothing we didn't like! We didn't realise there was a fridge in the room as it looked like a cupboard in between the arm chairs!

Great location. Great breakfast. Our room was perfect (junior suite) for a little toddler. Gorgeous views of the Xmas markets, that comes as a cost with the noise level, but it was expected. Majority of the staff were great.

No step free access. Carrying a child plus a pram, and suitcases; was very tricky getting in and out of hotel. Also no sign of a belly boy / help nearby. They seemed to be on a cigarette break a lot of the time/not present. Majority of the staff were great, however the receptionist when we checked in, barely smiled, gave one word answers and was inhospitable towards us. Although she gave the information required, there was a lack of engagement and or customer service. For the money we paid, we would expect better in these areas at least.

The hotel room view and the located near the main station and everything close by. Specially thanks to Mohamed at the reception he was very helpful. Thanks to the receptionist who checked us in/out both were kind.

I was required to pay a 100 euro security deposit to cover any potential orders or damages. This was quite disappointing, as none of the other hotels I have stayed at in Brno have asked for such a deposit.

The hotel is in a great location in Brno old town, facing the “vegetable market” square and with views up to the Cathedral. It is close to the major historical sites that are in easy walking distance, including the Castle and busier main square. Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants and shops nearby. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were fortunate to have been offered a room upgrade to a suite, which was much appreciated. The room was large and airy, well equipped and tastefully furnished with good open views of the square. The breakfast buffet was extensive with plenty of cold and hot food selections available, including barista coffee to order. The staff were very also attentive. Overall, a very enjoyable stay that we would be happy to repeat.

Located at the very heart of historic Brno right next to the Cabbage Square nearly all must-see monuments were within reach of a walk (St Peter and Paul's Cathedral, Špilberk Castle). Room with a view to the square. The staff was super helpful with all my questions (like getting to Starobrno Brewery for a lunch instead of the restaurant in the inner city). The hotel's restaurant is also classy, breakfast was great. All in all I wholeheartedly recommend them for a stay! (You also get a parking lot if you need one for the time of your stay.)

My favorites are there: - the location - the enterior and the interior design - the surrounding areas, the square itself, - the staff, - and the all above together the atmosphere of it. +1 The things I didn't like aren't really important.

- The breakfast was plentiful but not five stars. Anyway it was more then enough for me. - A standing/reading lamp next to the armchair would have been nice. - Plasma TV, (in the room) energy consumption is too high and it has not any smart functions.

Superb location on a beautiful square; warm welcome (with complementary glass of wine) on arrival; evocative styling with a real Mitteleuropa feel; very comfortable ('traditional', but not 'dated') room with armchairs and view of the Cathedral towers; excellent breakfast in beautiful high-ceilinged dining room. And excellent value ...

A little put out that the deposit arrangement entails taking and then cancelling a €100 payment rather than just a hold on the card

Hotel is the "old style" European hotel. Ex bank, with vaults and all... Room was very good. Service was very good. Breakfast was very good. Location (except as below) was very central.

The access for private cars (and Uber) to the hotel was impossible during our stay. Due to some road work it was totally impossible to access the hotel legally (except if you pass through a pedestrian only part... Thus, it became (during our stay) an ordeal

The location is top: walking distance from the train station in the pedestrian only center of Brno. On the main square at walking distance from all main attractions. Most of the staff members are very kind The hotel would benefit from some refurbishment and sheets that wrap around the mattress I witnessed a wonderful case of honesty: on my way out for a walk, I was passed by two members of the staff who then ran after a departing car. On their return I asked what had happened. They said that they had found a Euro 50 bill on the floor of the reception. They had succeeded in stopping the car and handing over the Euro 50 bill!!!! I was so impressed that I thanked them wholeheartedly for their honesty and gave them Euro 20 finders feeb

Stylish hotel, central location (restrictions apply for entering this zone of Brno), very nice and stylishly appointed rooms, nice and tasteful decor. Breakfast was also very nice and plentiful, with many different chouces. Beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean.

I was very shocked by the 100 EUR "damage deposit" they require. I stayed in far more luxurious hotels and never ever was this asked. This is cheap and nasty and for this reason I will look for other places to stay for my regular trips to Brno. It feels like they do not trust their guests. Asking for "damage deposit" is something they do in cheap student travel hostels, not in 5star hotels. Truly disgusted by this!
