The hotel's proximity to the historic center was a major highlight, allowing us to explore all the recommended tourist attractions on foot. The room was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. Breakfast offered a satisfying variety. Additionally, convenient parking access was a significant advantage. Even on our check-out day, we could leave our car in the parking lot until the end of the day, enabling us to fully enjoy our last moments without the hassle of finding alternative parking.

Very good breakfast with lots of options even for vegans (or not vegans) - fresh fruits, veggies, bread, pastries, hams, cheeses.

The room got quite a bit hot at night - the A/C was not available (first half of May, so opening a window fixed it)

This hotel is not only a hotel it is a legend! Wonderfully located near the city center while being very calm. Great views from our room, which was clean and well heated during winter. We enjoyed especially the breakfast, the food selection was large, good quality ingredients and especially professional team at the service (how refreshing to see a well dressed and well behaved waiters these days, when the “uniform” seems to be fitness leggings and old sneakers!).

Unfortunately we visited during the Christmas break (27-28 December) and everything was closed: the Champagne bar was closed, the coffee and restaurant in the lobby closed after 15:00… so did literally 95% of the coffee shops and restaurants in a 1km radius from the hotel. Despite these days being officially working days, it seems there is no one working in Brno anymore. Not the kind of atmosphere we were looking for. If you want to experience a more “lively” stay, avoid visiting at this time.

In the beginning I was provided with the room where shower is next to the bed. It was of course my mistake, I have not noticed it as I was purchasing my stay in a hurry. But due to health I prefer not to sleep in the wet room moreover during cold seasons. I asked for replacement, receptionist guy was very nice and friendly, he found perfect room and I really appreciated it. Breakfast was also perfect!

That rooms are with shower and the sink next to the bed. I understand designers are very artistic people, but it is too much. Also it was quite cold as heating was off in November and it took half of the night time to make room warmer. Imagine if you take shower in the cold room and then go to sleep, wet in the room becomes colder and in can cause flu or even worse. I do not think it is healthy to be honest… Also with kids not sure how to manage in such rooms..

The hotel is beautiful and modern and is walkable to the attractions of Old Town Brno. Breakfast was very good but the hotel would do well to reconsider the layout of the breakfast buffet. It's a rather large hotel and it attracts many bus tour groups, so large numbers of people inevitably show up at breakfast at the same time. The current layout crams people together far too much. It isn't possible to even see what is there on each section of the buffet. If one waited, it was possible to get omelets made to order. The reception staff was very helpful in providing a map and suggestions about where to walk in the Old Town.

The mattress on the bed was too soft and not at all comfortable. Other than that, everything was fine.

Very nice hotel, with comfortable rooms. The rooms are truly soundproof and you have all the amenities. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast is very good. Location great! few steps from centre in a very nice area. Absolutely recommend.

The Magnetic cards to open rooms door are a bit outdated and sometimes it take several attempts to open the door. Just a minor thing that maybe could be improved.

The hotel is very well located, easy to reach. The staff is really friendly and nice! Breakfast is quite rich, lots of variety, from pastries, veggies to cereals and even plant based milk. I have stay here on different times and it's always nice.

At the time that we visited, there was a construction going on in the 1st floor and unfortunately, they started drilling at 7:30AM on Saturday and our room was right above it.

The room was comfortable. The breakfast was very good and varied. The view from the room was also excellent. The location is also quite good - close to the centre, and close to the University.

The room, while comfortable was quite small. The bathroom was also quite small, yet functional. Despite the room being a "quiet" one, there was some noise - e.g., I could hear the elevator ringing when reaching the floor my room was on.

Staff was professional, friendly, helpful. The room was tidy, appliances were functional, everything was absolutely wonderful. You can see that staff cares about the hotel.

The Continental in Brno is a remarkable 11-floor icon of a hotel in classic modern style. It has been tastefully refurbished and carefully modernized, with many appliances being both functional and elegant in design. The staff is attentive, competent, and friendly. The huge breakfast hall with its strict layout and orderly design is impressive, and most products on offer looked excellent to us. The location is central, there is a large garage below the hotel, and the view from the higher floors across the city is perfect.
