Staying in Bunker 10-Z was a real highlight of our month in the Czech Republic. I didn't book it for comfort but for the unique experience and that it was! Its a rare opportunity to experience first hand living in a bunker....don't go looking for comfort or a luxury bathroom because you will be disappointed. I booked with no expectations of comfort but the experience exceeded any and all expectations. Breakfast was all that one needs and was plentiful.
The parking situation here leaves much to be desired! The only option is across the street in an extremely expensive parking garage which will cost more than the total cost of staying in the bunker when it is all said and done. It can be very confusing to know where else to park and the staff member who was on duty when we checked in was totally uninformed. Her response when we inquired about where else to park other than the expensive options at the two parking garages nearby was that she doesn't personally have a car and thus she offer us any answers. I believe this property should provide some clarity as to how or where to secure parking.

Great location near the city center, with a unique museum experience that gives you a taste of what it’s like to live in a bunker — at least for one night. One tip for fellow travelers: bring some warm clothing, as it gets quite chilly at night inside the bunker, which is understandable given it’s underground.
There was no cellular reception in the area — while the Wi-Fi works well, just be aware that regular phone service may not be available. It also got a bit chilly at night, and the room had a slight damp mop smell, which is understandable given the challenges of ventilating an underground space.

It's a bunker, one does this for the experience and I cannot recommend it for more than a single night. One requires a map to find their room, which is very basic and equipped with a (bunk)bed with a sleeping bag. Facilities are otherwise good, with the bathrooms in particularly being quite decent (for a bunker) and, thankfully, heated water. Breakfast is provided, as is a free tour of the bunker if you stay the night. The location in Brno is perfect: effectively under the castle and directly opposite the beginning of the old town, meaning everything you need is just a few minutes walk away.
In my opinion, the experience is a little too authentic, and more can be done to make the stay more comfortable. The beds are not great and you sleep in a sleeping bag. The rooms have limited outlets (one in ours) meaning you might have trouble if you are reliant on your device(s). We were four and two of us had power banks, but if we didn't this could have been an issue. The breakfast, likewise, was fine but didn't need to be so authentic - this is still effectively a hotel, and its not super cheap to boot. I still recommend the experience but definitely know what you're getting yourself into

We stayed for a good price (booked at the end of the day with a discount) and were satisfied with what we got - for a small amount of money, we got a place to sleep and a decent breakfast in the morning. In addition, it is a unique experience - you are unlikely to find another place where you can spend the night in an almost real Czechoslovak bunker, with all its atmosphere. It’s not particularly comfortable, but if you want a demo version of being in extreme conditions, this is just what you need.
It is really cold in the room unless you are good at covering yourself in sleeping bags (you have to sleep in them). There is no internet and no phone reception.

Very authentic and unique experience. Bunker corridors, old furniture, old metal beds, retro sleeping bags, distinct bunker smell, hearing the constant sound of the bunker's air ventilation system. The bunker has a nice, constant colder temperature, which is ideal for sleeping. The beds are definitely hard, but it's part of the authentic bunker experience. I brought my own sleeping bag with me, but the one given for the room should be fine too. Free visit to the bunker museum is great, you can spend multiple hours going though the museum and watching all the documentaries. The included classic, retro style breakfast is also great. I will definitely visit again in the future.
As others have noted, the biggest annoyance is the door closing mechanism installed on the doors. The door closers are so strong they slam the doors shut with a bang that echoes through the bunker, every time. So you can only really sleep between 1-2am to 7am, because as soon as somebody comes or goes you're woken by a bang for each door they pass. Decreasing the strength of the door closers or removing them would fix this issue.

First of I have to write that this accommodation cannot compete with others. It is experiential accommodation - it is still functioning military shelter for citizens in case of atomic war. It is used as museum and accommodation - in case of emergency citizens go there. Everybody should understand that it is experiential accommodation I was very lucky that I could experience that. Room was very nice - sleeping in the sleeping bag, the whole atmosphere. Totally reccommend it. Location is great - close to the city centre Breakfast - nice

The staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. The beds were comfortable, and the sleeping bags were warm. It was a fantastic and intriguing experience, especially for those who love history and unique places. This destination is perfect for individuals who appreciate authenticity and aren’t accustomed to luxury. I look forward to returning with my children and family.
My neighbour was talking very loudly early in the morning, and she woke me up. I know that the bunker staff cannot control this. But other than that, I slept like a log.

This was so cool! A very unique stay. You get what you are paying, you are staying in a WW2 bunker so everything is basic, basic mattress, basic pillow basic food. The team that work here are amazing though, shout out to Pavel who helped me out on my first day here. how they have preserved the bunker is awesome.a little bit spooky at first but fine once you are used to it. I would definitely recommend and I love that I have this experience as a story to tell. I spent the night in a WW2 bunker!!
Now this is not your normal hotel. I have nothing bad to say about my stay. I knew what I was in for. A few suggestions to the hotel though, maybe an option for guests to pay a little bit more money for comfier bedding. It is weird having the basic bed and proper bedding and a better pillow would have helped me sleep, but I think guests should have the option for basic or normal bedding. The other is a suggestion for future guest, wrap up warm, I found it got a little chilly during the night.

It was a cool experience for a day, the authenticity of the old bunker vibe and amenities in the room (Cold War Soviet phone, TV, magazines) was cool, it was a fun experience for a night. You are able to walk around the part they have for the tour if you stay there too, and breakfast was reasonably okay.
Generally the facilities were poor compared to modern hostels but that of course was expected given the point is to be similar to the actual bunker conditions, beds were clean, bathroom was a bit bare but it was fine. Wifi barely worked but obviously it's underground so can't blame them for that.

We loved that this was such a unique stay. It was an interesting place, it had all that we needed for a night (showers, bedding, power and even WiFi). Beds weren't comfortable but that felt like part of the experience so I'm making it a positive part of the review! A real talking point on our travels.
It's damp! Really sad because it must be damaging all the interesting stuff from the 1950s-1990s which are put in the rooms and in the museum. Shared bathroom, fine, but could have lockable shower doors? Although, at least one of the toilet doors was warped from the damp so didn't lock anyway!!
