Location perfect, room was fine. Coffee maker and selection of teas were present. Roomy and quiet. Instructions to get in an out, etc was good.

The bathroom was very cold, no floor heat or ways of adjusting heat. The shower produced lukewarm water, the door to the shower was broken, but otherwise was the bathroom ok. The information about breakfast could have been more precise, the fact that it was included and where to go (a map for instance?) was a bit "hidden" in the manual. It should have been informed about in a more visible way, once entering the room.

Location, privacy

The very close presents of pigeons was unexpected, but we got used to them. Although we couldn’t keep the windows open. We couldn’t lock the appartement from the outside when we went away. Either the instructions were missing or we didn’t understand the mechanism. There is nothing wrong with good old key! The backyard gate was open to street bar clients, which we thoughts was not safe.

The location could not be better. Breakfast is served at a nearby patisserie. Above the basics: coffee/tea, juice, butter, jam, Nutella, and toast there are many options. You can also ask for granola, egg dishes ("hemenex"), cold cuts, croissants, and sandwiches. You get breakfast with a voucher. The studio is nice, has everything you need for a short stay, and the beds are comfortable. WiFi worked properly.

Online check-in was an easy go 2 days before departure, but getting your key was more complicated. There is no physical reception at this hotel (this should be made clear in the hotel description) and I received instructions on how to get the keys only after I phoned the receptionist. He was helpful, though. Our studio was on the third (fourth) floor, accessible through an old spiral staircase. There is an ongoing renovation next to the building, and the entrance was not very nice. In the building, there was also a nightclub, that had a day off on our first day, but we heard the music playing late the next night.

The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed, there was also tea and coffee, nice sofas, table, furniture. Despite not having done the online check-in, the owner came to let me in and was very friendly and also ready to help with any questions I could have. I appreciated the friendly welcome after a long travel. :)

There were three things that made my stay worse than expected: 1. An online check-in is necessary, else you don´t get into the room. 2. This accommodation states there is wellness, which is not true. This should be corrected here in the booking offer. There is a city public swimming pool and sauna 5 minutes walk from the accommodation, but it doesn´t belong to the accommodation and it is not part of the accommodation offer. 3. My apartment was on the ground floor with the access door directly from the courtyard. At 11pm suddenly I was woken up by repeated knocking - maybe it was on a neighbors' door or someone mixed up their door, but it was unpleasant and a bit scary. I know now for sure I will never choose any apartment on the ground floor anymore. :)

Good location within close walking distance to the many square and shopping areas, bed was very comfortable, room was nicely decorated and well equipped with amenities.

The check in process online was ok, however the instructions of how to get in came a little late after the allotted check in time, so we were hanging around a little with some other guest in the same situation. Unfortunately the apartment didn't seem to have been very well cleaned, the floor was quite dusty especially around the bed, my wife found a small piece of glass as well, the shower still had soap bubbles around the drain, and we found that some of the cutlery provided had dried food on.

The location is perfect and the price is very reasonable. Given the location and the bar in the corridor leading to the accommodation, the place was somewhat quiet. Despite the fact that there is no reception, the instructions were delivered on time and were clear.

The facilities are showing clear signs of wear and age and no real investments into renewal. In summer the fans at the opposite building are very loud and run nonstop during the night.

The room I stayed in was large and beautifully done. The location in the heart of the old town couldn't be better. The contactless check-in was smooth and easy. I didn't cook, but the kitchenette included a Nespresso machine and a water boiler with tea and coffee provided, which was a nice extra The best thing about this property was the staff communication. They answered questions and messages immediately, both before and during my stay, and went out of their way to accomodate my special request without hesitation.

There is no reception desk, but I didn't miss it. Renters should be aware that some rooms are up several floors without a lift. The room was nearly perfect, but my one quibble is that there a lip between the entry area and the room that blends into the floor (especially in dim light) and I tripped over it a couple of times before I put something there to remind me to step up and over it

The location was perfect, right in the downtown of Brno, close to the sights, the restaurants, and the shopping street. The room was spacious and clean; there was a well-equipped kitchenette with complimentary tea and coffee. The bed was comfortable, and the room was cozy and warm (since I traveled in wintertime). There was no reception, and the key to the apartment was collected in a contactless way; it was easy and straightforward. I needed a place to leave my bag after the checkout the next day, and I called the staff requesting help, which they did in a very efficient and helpful way. Overall, I liked the place and the friendly approach of the staff.

The room was a bit dark since the small window overlooked an inner courtyard. The walls were thin, and I could hear the voices of the people in the neighboring apartment.

The location was amazing, right in the center of all the sights. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious.

Towels were ratty and stained. We asked for replacements but were told we couldn’t get any. Small changes could make a big impact on the level of the stay.

The location is perfect in the centre of the city with all the shops and restaurants you could ever wish for a few minutes walk away.
