This hotel has a very peculiar design, which is why we chose it. The rooms with the glass bathrooms are nice but of course you need to have a close intimacy. Breakfast is great. There is a small design museum on the previous lobby floor.

The suggested parking (Domini) is close to the hotel but it's very expensive. Go to Rozmaryn parking, it's not far and it's cheaper.

Hotel location is the best in town! There are always people in thd reception... Breakfast is rich, the hall is comfortable, the staff is nice though not always understand english. If you paid for the right room - it is nice and comfortable!

We had to ask again and again that our room will be served before 14:00 ... We asked for better soap and shampo dispencers for the bathroom and eventually we did receive the soap tubes itselves which was great help. Recommedation: it is important to install a bar or handel in the shower section and some more hanging facilities in the room and bath - we returned with wet closing and did not know where to hange them...

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The building itself is stunning, and the rooms are well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options, even for vegetarians. While vegan options were more limited, there were plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits available, so it was easy to put together a nice meal. They even had mimosas, which was a lovely surprise. A special highlight was the museum located inside the building, which added a unique and enriching touch to the stay. The rooftop terrace was also fantastic, especially at sunset, it offers a truly beautiful view.

The only downside was the lack of soundproofing. Unfortunately, sounds from neighbouring rooms could be heard quite easily, so it’s not the quietest place to stay. If you happen to have noisy neighbours, you might not get the most restful night.

The hotel’s location was perfect. Everything was really close to us. We loved the hotel’s Bauhaus-style. Bohuslav Fuchs was a genius. We could feel ourselves like in the 1920-30s. The hotel’s staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfasts were great.

The bathroom was separated and not in the same hotel room. It was in front of and 2 steps away from our room. It wasn’t a problem for us. Other guests should take account into that some rooms have separated bathrooms. Parking is not possible at the hotel. However JD parking garage is quite close (~500m) to the hotel and its prices are okay.

Avant garde hotel designed by Bohuslav Fuchs in the 1920s, there's an interesting museum in the hotel devoted to Fuchs and his work. The room was small but comfortable with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is located on a pedestrian street in the centre of Brno, a few stops on the tram from the railway station. Very good breakfast with a choice of hot or cold dishes, very good coffee.

The shower room and toilet were alongside the bed behind a glazed wall (partially curtained), see photo. It didn't particularly worry me, but my wife was not too keen. The shower, however, was excellent, very powerful.

Friendly staff, located close to the old town area, with restaurants, a supermarket, and shops all within walking distance. The breakfast offers a good variety, and we all loved it. We had vert good experiences during the stay. However, I would strongly suggest not sharing the room if it's a business trip, as the compartments for the toilet and shower are transparent, which may cause embarrassment.

The indoor temperature was too warm and not adjustable. My colleagues and I had to open the window to cool down, which might not be environmentally friendly. However, I guess it depends on personal preference. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Avion. It is a unique & retro hotel right in the centre of Brno. It is close to tram stops, cafes, restaurants and shops. The staff were lovely and the room was very clean. The pillows were fluffy and the bed was comfortable. There is an observation deck at the top of the hotel where you can view a lot of Brno's landmarks. The breakfast was tasty and had a good level of variety. The hotel is a beautiful art deco building 10 minutes’ walk from the train station and within easy reach of trams, restaurants, pubs and shops. The museum on the 4th floor is not to be missed and a really interesting insight into the building and use of the hotel. The rooftop terrace gives a spectacular view of all of Brno’s skyline. The champagne breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The room was clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. We’re so pleased we chose to stay here.

The bathroom is part of the room, screened only by a shower curtain and a window. It was very clean and did offer some privacy but not much.

Very nice welcome at the reception, professional check-in process. Very clean, small rooms with comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms. Good breakfast with a nice selection. The location of the hotel in the middle of the old town is perfect, with many restaurants, bars and shops in the immediate vicinity.

Because of the glass toilet in the middle of the room, as a couple you have to give up your privacy. But no issue if it doesn't bother you. It was much too hot in the room and it was difficult to turn it down; sleeping with the window open brought relief.

Amazing location right in the city centre with easy access to public transport. The building is a historical landmark and has very interesting architecture. The breakfast in the hotel is pretty good.

Not well thought through UI design given that some rooms have sinks but no bathrooms. I would expect to have hand soap available in my room but actually had to go across the hall to the bathroom to wash my hands which was slightly annoying as the sink is in the room. Then I realised that towels were left in the rooms so could not dry my hands. Also there were long hairs on my pillow cases which was kinda gross (I am a bald man). But these are just minor inconveniences, would stay again, but would make sure to get ensuit bedroom.
