We chose this hotel as looked ok, and was a good price, only 15 mins walk from central Brno. The room we were given was much nicer than the photos. If all are like that the web page needs updated. We arrived ~ midday and left outr bags. We did not know the hotel was not manned after ~ 6pm, but the hotel staff kindly moved our bags to our room and texted us entry instructions (which was an easy process). Breakfast was good - extensive choices and plenty on offer. I think the hotel was a good choice to explore Brno. Brno is well set up with leaflets about the town and what to explore and close to the hotel are 3 important villas architecturally, so it was nice to walk nearby to see the outside of these in the evening.

Bonus points to the excellent staff. Great rooms, clean, but the rugs needs changing (were worned out). Good mattress. Decent breakfast - boiled eggs, some vegetables and a selection of cheeses&meats. For an extra cost you can have some hot scrambled eggs. Free parking.

There was some renovation done in some rooms, so part of common area(like the stairs) were a little messy. Also, some inconfortable drill noises in the morning. But it was nothing serious enough to affect out stay.

Had lovely spacious room for 3 people. Even though the room was facing the main street, it was quiet. Beds were comfy and clean. Bathroom was clean but water pressure could be better. Reception was nice enough. The girl who checked us in was slightly better than the one on check out, bit more of smile would not hurt.

Breakfast was bit of let down. I understand that property is small and cooked breakfast would be waste of money to make as buffet but charging for items such as scrambled eggs or sausages should not be part of 4* hotel policy. Also coffee in the rooms should be complimentary not chargeable.

Very good location, comfortable room, I received the huge room with huge bathroom (separate shower cabin and separate bath) on the first floor where I stayed 3 years ago 😊, car parking free off charge, good breakfast offer, quiet high price for overnight stay during solo business trip.

Doesn’t work bath and therefore I couldn’t take a bath like previous time. But I still possibility take a shower 😉😊

Hotel Arte in Brno is well located near to two parks one of them the rich and full of greenery Luzanky park. Only five minutes walk away from the hotel are the famous villas Low Beer and Tugendhat again beautifully situated amongst lush vegetation and flowers. Breakfast is wholesome and delicious, Vegetables are fresh, home made pastes and cakes are also served. One can taste hot croissants directly from the oven. Rooms are comfortable and the staff is very kind and helpful. The bath is newly renovated and the wi-fi connection is absolutely reliable.

We could see some defects on the walls, on the furniture and on the ceiling in the bathroom that need to be repaired. More hangers should be placed in the wardrobe for the convenience of the tourists.

The room was spacious, clean and had all the facilities listed. I liked that breakfast was included, self-check in in the night hours was possible, and that a desk was separated by a door, so we could plug in the notebook and do some work while the children slept right next door.

The instructions for parking were a bit confusing, but it is good that a hotel in such proximity to the city centre has free parking to offer.

Cosy, clean hotel. Very small lift. Narrow staircase. But the room is spacious enough, big bath. When we arrived it was very hot, the air conditioner saved it perfectly. It's great that there is parking though a little further away. Dog friendly. There is a park nearby, so there was plenty of space to walk around. Pleasant communication, quick response to messages.

The location is great - only 2 tram stops from the city center. A good place to start exploring the city of Brno. Breakfast was okay, worth the money.

Breakfast coffee could be better. We had to go to a cafe in the area.

The hotel is located 15-20 minutes walk from the Brno city center. There is free private parking for your car 100 m away from the hotel. Nice breakfast. Very clean rooms.

No free coffee or tea is available, only for surcharge. The invoice for payment of the tax was send by e-mail, paid only by bank transfer.
