Nice, very clean and spacious. Very good air conditioning which was more than useful as the days were hot. The staff is helpful, parking place cheap in comparison with the street parking. Breakfast was modest but there is everything that is needed. And there's a great local restaurant on the way to the hotel from the old town.
I found nothing that could be against it. Maybe a bed which was too soft as for me, I prefer rather hard beds as having problems with my spine. But regarding the complete silence that I have, I was waking up in very good condition.

The hotel was in a nice, quiet neighborhood with plenty of things to do within a 10 minute walk. The room was spacious and comfortable, and reception was very kind.
The included breakfast was enough to feed anyone but wasn’t as good as other places I recently stayed. My room had a split bathroom: bidet and toilet in one room, across the hall from the shower and sink. Some couples might like that, but I found it a hassle to go into a separate room to wash my hands. There appeared to be hand sanitizer at the sink, so I had to go into the shower to get soap every time I washed my hands. The safe was locked open and I couldn’t use it (which wasn’t really that important to me). The air conditioning worked well as long as you don’t try to adjust it. Every time I tried to turn it down, it went off and I could only get it to start up again by turning off power to the room (taking the room key out) and waiting a few minutes to restart power

Super clean and beautiful. It was by far the best hotel we stayed in after traveling in Hungary and Slowakia. The young man at the reception and kitchen staff were very friendly and helpful. Well working air conditioner. Great location with so many restaurants in the vicinity and it’s a walking distance to the inner city. The breakfast was good.
The shower was in the bathtub. Normally it wouldn’t be a problem but because I sprained my knee days before, it was challenging to go inside the bathtub since it was deep. But otherwise it worked.

We always stay at Hotel Europa during our Brno visits..it is like our house there...everything is fine, i love the breakfast, rooms are very clean and large..location is very close to the main center of the city..just walking distance...receptionists, people in the kitchen, cleaning ladies, they all are working with their smiling face..we love this place...the city was very lively and all the places were full....thank you Hotel Europa
this time I just did not like the noise coming from the parking place that our room was facing..I think that parking place belongs to the hotel, early in the morning people just stand under your window and talk and talk with high volume of voice, without knowing that people may be sleeping up there in their rooms...may be hotel people may just put a notice there telling people " silent please "....there is nothing else i can complain.

Good location and nice breakfast
1. It was very noisy in the early morning because the staff started to do some cleaning things. The sound of the cart's wheels on the tile was really loud. So if you need an alarm at 6 AM you can replace it with this sound, be sure you will awake. MY STRONG ADVICE for the hotel administration: please, install a carpet in the corridor on the 1st floor, it will help ti reduce the sound of the moving cart. 2. There was a spot on the ceiling over the sink that looked like someone shot his brain out. That was what it looked like.

Despite the fact the facilities are old to be fair (historical building), the rooms are super clean and kept very well. The location is really good, very close to the center. We generally liked our stay here.
I would prefer photos of each room included in the in booking app. They can be found in the general information but it's not clear which room I'm making a reservation for. And breakfast is really average, I would expect better options for the price.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Europa. It's a super comfortable hotel with good facilities. I will definitely come back to this hotel when I return to Brno and recommend it to my relatives. The staff were super helpful and spoke English when required (review posted from my partner's booking account).
It is a pet friendly hotel and unfortunately someone's dog was barking in the morning. Overall the hotel was good so I can overlook this.

Nice and clean room with AC. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood, 10-15 min walk from the center. Plenty of parking space in front of the hotel (in zone B, so you need to pay!), but there are some parking spots in the inner courtyard for 15 EUR (reservation needed). Breakfast was perfect, wide selection of everything and continuous refills. The receptionists and the staff were kind and helpful. Overall very good value for the money, we were completely satisfied with everything.
There were no complaints about anything

I booked this hotel as an emergency due to complications with my original accommodation and I couldn't be happier with it. Appart from next door guests who kept slamming their door at night there wasn't anything to complain about. In fact it was exactly what we needed. Central location, spacious and clean room and friendly staff. Hotel is quite basic with no kettle in the room unless you pay for a superiour room but any drink available at the reception 24/7. You are about 10 minutes walk from the town centre where you get anything you like. Nice variety for breakfast savory and sweet. We had a lot of Christmas cookies on offer as we stayed during the festive season. As a former Brno citizen I can confirm that the location is quite safe which is very important to me as I always travel with my daughter.
The noise my next door quest was making but no complaints about the actual hotel.

This was my first time visiting this hotel and I was pleased with everything. The staff was very friendly and the location of the hotel was very convenient: close to everything in the city center. Breakfast was especially pleasantly surprised: the choice was good, all products were fresh. Separately I want to express great gratitude to the staff for their labor. The room was clean and quiet, which made my stay even more comfortable
