Extra charges for parking 450czk/day. 200m away parking in Janackovo divadlo was for 650czk (friday-sunday). It is a detail but little bit strange that hotel guest have to pay additional costs for parking.

We spent one night at Hotel Passage on our way back home from vacation and we were extremely satisfied. The hotel kindly accommodated our request for two double beds, which was important for us as we were traveling with small children. There was an issue with the air conditioning in our room, but it was resolved immediately and without any hassle – we were moved to another room right away. The gentlemen at the reception were exceptionally friendly, very helpful, and spoke excellent English. Cleanliness was definitely a plus, as well as the spacious bathtub, which our daughters absolutely loved. We also want to highlight the delicious and varied breakfast – there was something for everyone. Our 1.5-year-old daughter enjoyed the porridge, while the older one loved the sausages and fresh bread. Adults also had a wide selection of dishes, coffee, and juices. We highly recommend a stay at Hotel Passage!

Hotel has an excellent breakfast. The facilities are new and very good. very comfortable bed. the breakfast staff are always happy. A few times we went to the reception and there were always guests arriving and people waiting to be served. Maybe it would be interesting to have more people working at reception!!!!

Location was good, a 10 minute walk from Freedom Square, plus a tram stop not far away and the area felt safe. Room on the smaller side but modern, comfortable and well appointed. Good size safe in the room and nice touches like dressing gown and slippers. Super breakfast, both hot and cold items. Would stay again.

I am fussy about pillows and even the smaller ones were too plump for me. The aircon worked well and was essential but did make a bit of a clanking noise after turning off.

Great location, everything looks brand new, helpful staff, solid breakfast. Heavy curtains and quality windows helped to block sunlight and traffic noice. We even had a bathtub in one of the rooms which is not common for a standard hotel room. We booked two rooms that were in an isolated “block/cell” with extra door, perfect for a family stay.

Nothing to complain about really.

Such an outstanding hotel! The most comfortable beds/pillows/everything, you will sleep like a baby here and get your rest :) Breakfast are very good (many options), security is very important here. Underground parking (for a fee) if you travel by car. Very close to city centre/old town as well.

Spacious room that well accommodates the whole family. Well designed interior. Our room had separate storage space for language and clothes - very practical with the family. Nice breakfast with good selection, friendly and helpful staff.

All was good, a pleasant stay.

cant 100% recommend our room on the top floor (very hot when sunny, bad air because you can only open the windows a tiny little bit ... the air conditioning works perfectly fine ... but shouldnt be necessary when its 20°C outside) ... otherwise a very nice hotel

Really big room with a sofa, a great choice of food for breakfast. They also offer fresh juices. The location is good, near Park Lužanky, near the tram station and not far from the city center. There was a bath and a shower in the bathroom.

We had windows on the street, and it was slightly noisy from trams.
