Location was wonderful. Walking distance to everything in Old Town, including great restaurants and cafes. Room was large with comfortable furnishings. Rain shower was great! We also loved the ability to open the windows at night for fresh air. The large main lobby was marvelous - tons of light, piano player every morning and evening, with comfortable seating to enjoy a coffee or beer. Breakfast buffet was also fantastic with an endless selection to satisfy any palette. Lastly, the staff were very friendly and always ready to help. We'll be back for sure!

The bed was a bit too stiff for us, and they did not have enough feather pillows to go around. For such a nice hotel feather pillows in each room should be the standard.

EVERYTHING! Joking aside, our trip was absolutely amazing! + the location, easy to get to and great for exploring Brno + the entry/atrium is just stunning and it smells divine + the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating + the room we had was huge! it was very clean and the bathroom was super spacious too. loved the toiletries by Rituals! + the bed was also very big and just as comfy. i had the best sleep I have had in weeks! + breakfast was amazing, especially the bread + loved that there was a musician/singer in the hall each morning/evening, it really added to the atmosphere of the hotel + it was such a sweet touch to find chocolates in the room upon arrival + loved the fact that breakfast was served until 11 and check out was 12, we had super relaxed mornings and departure + valet service was great, we're glad we booked it as parking in town seemed a little tricky + I also had an amazing massage in the spa All in all it was one of the most beautiful, calm and relaxing hotels I have been to. Thanks for taking such good care of your guests.

Our stay at the Grand Palace Brno was nothing short of extraordinary. The location could not be more perfect – right in the heart of the old town, within walking distance of everything worth seeing. From the moment we arrived, the service was truly world-class. We were welcomed with a complimentary drink, a delicious cookie, and sweets personally delivered to our room – such a warm and thoughtful touch. The room itself was very comfortable, with a wonderful bed that made it easy to rest after a day of exploring. The only I missed was a rug to soften the m feel of the room, but that’s a very small detail in an otherwise perfect stay. The hotel’s restaurant was another highlight. The staff were incredibly attentive, making us feel truly cared for, and the food was outstanding – full of flavor and beautifully presented. The garage service was excellent and made our stay even more convenient. Overall, the Grand Palace Brno is a fantastic hotel that I wholeheartedly recommend. My husband and I will definitely return to Brno – and without a doubt, we’ll be staying here again.

Grand Palace Bruno immediately impresses with its beautiful historic building located right in the city center. The hotel has a charming atmosphere, and the interior design shows attention to detail. we were disappointed that the sauna was not working in the morning, There were also a few minor issues in the room and common areas (such as small damages or overlooked cleaning spots) that could use improvement. I am not sire its 5* hotel …

Grand Palace Brno is one of my favorite hotel in this trip, staff is very nice and kind; when we arrive and check in, We had Welcome drink, staff helped us to carry the luggage to the room. My friend lost her room key and the receptionist gave us two new rones. The daily cleaning was also very careful. All the service staff were very friendly and would take the initiative to ask if we needed help. when we checked out, they also took the initiative to provide us with two bottles of water for us to drink on the way trip. We also had a very good experience with the Thai massage TAWAN that we cooperated with the hotel. The breakfast is also great overall. There is a tram stop at the hotel door, and it is also close to the supermarket, cabbage market, and the city. I highly recommend this hotel.

The lighting in the room is a little dim

We were looking for a place for a short stay between Vienna and Prague and selected Brno and the Grand Palace. We feel like we hit the jackpot. The town is very nice with lots to see and explore. Easy to walk. The highlight is the Grand Palace Hotel. A true gem. From a fantastic, warm welcome provided by Tomas at the front desk to a large, very comfortable guest room. Listening to piano music in the lobby with a glass of wine was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel. For an additional fun treat, visit the Dohoda Beer House just behind the hotel. Say hi to David the fun bartender. Highly recommend the Grand Palace Hotel and a stay in Brno.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel! The location and the stunning building made it feel truly unique and luxurious. From the moment we entered, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The lobby was spectacular, with kind and attentive bartenders who made us feel welcome, and the live music added such a lovely touch to the evenings. Our room was spacious and featured a king-sized bed, ensuring we were comfortable throughout our stay. The wellness area was a highlight as well—beautifully maintained and incredibly relaxing. A special mention goes to how the staff treated our dog; they were so kind and accommodating, which made our stay all the more memorable. Breakfast was a treat! It had absolutely everything you could possibly want, and the restaurant's ambiance was just as impressive as its food. This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way. We can’t wait to come back!

Genuinely friendly and helpful staff, wonderful building , great services. We stayed only one night, but we felt valued even as short-stay guests. We were able to check in early, got immediately information about what to see in Brno, as it was our first time. It proved to be really useful. A small problem occured during our stay, which could not be fixed (the solution was outside of the staff's reach), but they did their best to make up for it.

I would have appreciated more vegan options at the otherwise delicious and versatile breakfast buffet.

Negatives: ❌ No dedicated parking, requiring guests to park on surrounding streets or use valet parking, which is quite expensive. Overall, Grand Palace Brno offers a fantastic stay with beautiful interiors, excellent service, and unique experiences. If parking is not a major concern for you, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

Location is quite good. Within walking distance to Spilberk castle and town centre. To the station, catch tram 12 if you carry luggage as the walking path is not too suitable for our suitcase. Room is very large. Comfortable bed. Breakfast has good varieties.

Let's start with the reception area. It's very small, with only enough space for 2 people. I won't call this a 5 star standard. Next, while the room is large, it is also lacking of furniture that it appears empty. The TV is also too small for the size of the room. About the TV, it is not easy to operate as it's quite temperamental. The reception is often not good. The breakfast hall reminds me of a canteen or school dining hall.
