The location is perfect, 1/2 a km from the City Center. The place is ver cheap, clean, breakfast pretty good for the price. Freshly made.

One of the receptionists is grumpy. But this is understandable, as thecreception is open 24/7 (!), she is sitting there all night. I kmow it, because I arrived back at three in the morning. Whilst the other is helpful and shiny Star.. she has deserved a much better job :-)

Easy to find, rooms are big and furnitures are weird in a good way. In our room was a huge bank safe vault and behind the closet was a door which was locked. The door to our room was made of leather.

Extremely difficult for handicapped and disabled people to access the building. Getting into the hotel using Canadian sticks is next to impossible. There is absolutely no way to access via wheelchair. There were empty bottles in the room from previous guests, internet did not work nor did the TV.

Great location, close to the center. Very nice view of the Cathedral of st. Peter and Paul. House keeping was good. The lady at the reception at my last night (forgot to take her name :( )handled a noise disturbance very well (without me even asking). All and all good value for your money.

There was no catle in the room, which was a great inconvenience to me. Breakfast wasn't great.

Excellent value for money, was not expecting a little sweet for what I paid, friendly check in staff, check in was quick and easy, room was clean and very comfortable, nice quiet location,

It's quite a way from town centre about 40 mins walk, so you need to get a taxi, it's next to a train station but it doesn't have a very good service, this is only a minor issue

friendly staff. i was in luck and parked at the hotel parking for a reasonable price, otherwise it's hard to find a parking place nearby and the parking rules in Brno are quite weird, study them before you travel. the hotel itself has a certain atmosphere and the breakfast was surprisingly good.

If your windows face the street, it may get noisy at night and hot during the day. the facilities are very basic and the interior decoration is a bit run down. A lengthy walk (but still, just a walk) from the center.

Well run, clean and secure establishment. Well situated for the city centre and likely to benefit from the seeming gentrification going on in the neighbourhood. Great buffet breakfast too.

Not sure if the lift is working. Okay for me as I was on the first floor but maybe of use if you have a room further up.

That the receptionist was someone young and English speaking and that the place was clean and not bad.

Just the internet did not work very well in some parts of the room; and the price was ok although at the high end for Czechia for a 2 star hotel, still it was affordable for 1 night. I slept past the breakfast time so I cannot comment on the food, but I guess as the price included breakfast, it is not too bad, just about an acceptable trade off though these ordinary places used to be 20-25 a night even 1-2 years ago..

- The only downside is that the toilet and shower are in separate rooms from the bedroom. It is therefore always necessary to open and then re-open two new doors. - The elevator scared me the first time too.

Everything was super. I had a few questions before arriving, which were answered promptly. The hotel policies are very helpful to guests, and are carried out by most pleasant staff. Room was perfectly adequate, spacious and clean. Throw in a decent breakfast, and all was fine for me. Not far on foot from the centre of rail station, and with a choice of trams stopping nearby.

- The shower in my room was broken. Looking at the other reviews, it probably has been for quite some time now. - The bed was not the most comfortable.
