Breakfast was best, fresh and diverse. Really good. Beds are very confortable, we stayed about 5 nights, I can't complain litteraly Staff was top, they even helped us with an extra night last minute even if hotel was full, they some how made it posibile for us.

The location of this hotel is great, you can walk to the city centre or take a tram from Mendlovo namesti. The size of the room itself was good and there was everything we needed. There was complimentary bottled water, which was a nice gesture. The breakfast was superb, one of the best we've had in the whole Europe. I particularly appreciate online check-in which can be done beforehand.

The carpet needs changing, there was a hole, looked like from a cigarette. The bathroom was very small for a hotel of this category. Also, not sure why this hotel uses bathtub curtains, not hygienic at all, a pane of bath glass would be much better (and having a shower instead of a bathtub would be the best). I'd appreciate more sockets, ideally some near bed.

Breakfast was outstanding: lot of possibles for any taste. The room was big and clean, and, in general, comfortable. The public transport accessibility is good - there is a bus stop directly at the hotel. It takes less than 15 minutes to reach the main station. Good, but I would not recommend it for hot summer time (in such a case it is better to select OREA congress hotel that is in the nearby building).

Well, in summer it might be hot in Brno. In my case it was more than +30 for several days. The room had no air conditioning and afternoon sun heats this side of the building. That means - extremely hot inside. If you are luckly enough you may try to cool down the air inside the room to the outside temperature at night through the opened window. It is not easy to sleep thouh, as there is a bus stop directly at the hotel and there loud people might wait for a bus. But at the end, the building itself writhes with heat.

The hotel is nice and clean. Staff are good. 2 mins walk to the hotel is orea congress hotel. Please mind that you are staying in orea voro hotel. Breakfast is great. Loads of selection. Our room 120: decent size. With big windows. With bath tub. Bed is comfortable. 2 pillows each person. With complimentary bottle of water. There are tea and coffee in the room with water heater.

Curtains are not blocking enough light. One fan only. Can you add another one please? One fan is not enough in this heat. The room has no air conditioning BTW. It is stated in the room description anyway.

Nice and quiet rooms, good curtains to ensure the darkness, the bed is so comfortable, you can have a great sleep! Breakfast is much beyond the average, so many choices, different type of eggs, meats, fruits, sweets, joghurt, several type of bread and alternative sides (boiled vegetables, salads) for those who do not/cannot eat gluten. We arrived late night and the receptionist lady was still very nice and friendly. Location is also great, I highly recommend this place!

You need to pay for parking, no free parking for guests. That is the only negative thing I can think of

My room reservation was with the exact date of arrival in the city. However, due to my sudden business obligations, the hotel manager changed my stay date twice according to my request (even though it was clearly written when booking the room that it is not possible to postpone the stay date). Also, one of the employees, thinking that I forgot my phone in the hotel on the last day of my stay, chased after me for about 10 minutes to bring my phone (even though it wasn't mine). Certainly, a big compliment to the staff. The behavior towards my 4-year-old boy is more than commendable.

- very good location, within longer walk to the old town, but still in quiet place, - very good, varied breakfast included in the price, - clean rooms (no aircon but with fans) with kettle and tea set, - spacious free parking just on the side of the building, - great cancellation policy- you can cancel your stay at any time before your arrival, which is especially valuable while being on a long trip

- room decor is a bit outdated already but rooms are still neat and clean.

It was not far from the city center. Since it is across the street from the conference center, it is excellent for people coming to the conference. I wasn't aware that this part of Brno was downtown, but I knew the area well and had a chance to work nearby over 35 years ago when I attended Mendel University. I enjoyed my stay, and the breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast is included, and I have various options to choose from and quietens of the area.

It was ok for one night. For longer stays, I would recommend the same group hotel next door which is 4 star and much better. Good value for money, lovely staff. Ok breakfast

There was a strange noise in the room during my stay, could not figure it out at all. But it's like doors were sliding the whole night. I don't think it was my neighbors. Location is pretty depressing when you are visiting Brno.
